Chapter 1371 Will You Regret?
"I have no intention of taking away something that belongs to you, | just... like it," said Alfie softly.
Selena's beautiful eyes slightly frowned.
She had originally intended to refuse, but seeing Aurelia standing next to Alfie, staring at him with eager and moved eyes, she
suddenly changed her mind.
Forget it.
Consider it as fulfilling the long-cherished wish of the real Selena.
If a piece of clothing can fulfill the destiny of two people who are meant to be together, it's also a good thing.
Selena nodded, "Okay."
Alfie lowered his dark eyelashes.
Aurelia's eyes were filled with joy.
Leia and Hattie were unhappy, but since Selena had agreed, they wouldn't object anymore.
Selena went back to the dressing room, changed into her own clothes, and cout.
Leia hugged the wedding dress that Selena had changed out of, and handed it to Alfie with a displeased expression.
Alfie gently took it, and the fiery red and delicate wedding dress set off his slender and fair fingers, giving off a strange and alluring
charm.
Selena's tone was calm, "Excuse me."
After speaking, she walked upstairs.
Behind her cthe gentle and cold voice of the man, "If you ever need this condition, feel free to cfind me."
"This promise is always valid."

Selena seemed not to have heard, holding Hattie's hand, the three of them disappeared from sight.
After Selena left, Aurelia finally cback to her senses from the sudden surprise.
Her cheeks were flushed, and she nervously and joyfully waited for the man beside her to give her the wedding dress that he had
taken from someone else's hands.
Aurelia waited for a long time, but the man beside her didn't move at all.
She raised her head in confusion, only to see the man's gaze staring fixedly at the bright red color in his palm, his eyes filled with
an indescribable meaning.
Aurelia looked at the man's eyes, and a bad premonition rose in her heart, "Mr. Soo, aren't you going to give it to me?"
"It's getting late, | still have things to deal with," Alfie suddenly spoke up, interrupting her unfinished words, "Carson, send Miss
Bennett home!"
Aurelia watched as the person who abandoned her without even turning around walked away, and her face turned pale in an
instant.
Lady Lauren was looking at a few more finished clothes with the Lady Lola when Selena walked over wearing the outfit she had left
in.
Lady Lauren looked at Selena and then at the two pouty faces next to her, guessing what had happened, but didn't ask where the
outfit went.
She just took Selena's hand and said, "Selena, cand have a look. Do you like these?"
Perhaps because Selena had no mother and Lady Lauren had no daughter, Lady Lauren poured all her maternal love into Selena
and made sure everything was prepared thoroughly for her.
Selena had never realized how much preparation was needed for a girl about to get engaged. They shopped all afternoon and
returned hwith full arms.
In the evening, Selena sent Hattie hfirst and then took Leia back to the villa. As soon as Selena walked into the hall, she met
Patrick's eyes, who had been avoiding her before but was now waiting for her here.
Selena was taken aback. She never expected the person who had been avoiding her to be waiting for her here today.
After a moment of stunned silence, Selena's smile faded, and she called out softly, "Patrick."
Patrick stared at her for a while before shifting his gaze to the large bags and small bags Leia had put down beside her. There were
many things, most of them in celebratory bright red.
These things were supposed to have been prepared for her by the Turner family, but the Turner family had no female relatives.
Sfemale relatives of the collateral branches had offered to help Selena prepare, but Patrick was worried that unfamiliar people
might cause trouble, so he had refused.
Moreover, Lady Lauren had cearly and said that she would personally help Selena prepare, so the Turner family did not
prepare as thoroughly as they should have.
Fortunately, although she had no mother, someone helped her prepare these things, so she did not feel wronged.
Patrick suddenly smiled and walked up to Selena, looking at the girl's dark and clear eyes. "Selena, you are getting engaged
soon..."
Selena looked at him quietly, waiting for his next words. She was prepared for him to cstraight to the point.
He raised his hand and gently touched her hair, "Is there something you want to talk about? Let's wait until after your engagement
party, okay?"
This was obviously the result of careful consideration.
Selena lowered her eyelashes, "The research institute has returned to the Turner family's hands."
The reason she didn't reveal this earlier was because she was afraid that the enemy would use the grudges between her and the
Turner family to cause unnecessary trouble.
But now, the research institute has returned, and Patrick and Oscar already know the truth.
Why can they still tolerate her holding onto the identity of the Turner family's daughter?
Patrick looked at her with a hint of sadness in his pale eyes.
For a moment, he really wanted to tell her that he didn't care where she cfrom or whether she was really an enemy of the

But the cold reality pressed down on that impulse.
Even if Patrick could overlook everything, he couldn't ignore the real Selena.
If the Turner family acknowledged her identity, what would happen when the real Selena was found in the future?
That child had suffered so much since childhood and had never had a real home.
Once the Turner family made her feel cold and sad again, how would he and Oscar face Callum in the future?
Patrick's lips moved, but he couldn't make a sound as his throat tightened.
Selena smiled, "Nicholas should be cooperating with Maddox, but Leon and Alfie probably won't behave. The Turner family can sit
back and watch the show. They don't need to--"
"Selena!" Patrick interrupted her abruptly.
Selena looked up at him, a bit dazed, as if she didn't understand why he was angry.
Patrick looked at her bewildered expression.
It seemed that in her mind, the Turner family using her and then heartlessly abandoning her, and cutting off ties with her, was
something that was to be expected.
So, in this girl's deep heart, she had never considered the Turner family as her real family.
After Patrick shouted at her, he seemed to realize that his tone was too harsh and softened his voice, "Listen, getting engaged is
supposed to be a happy thing. Let's deal with unhappy things later."
Selena looked into his eyes and asked softly, "Won't you regret it?" The person who had killed the entire Turner family, the person
whom he loved the most, was engaged to Osvaldo as the Turner family's daughter.
Given that they already knew the truth, this was a very absurd thing.
Patrick, rare in his toughness, said, "I've talked to my father about it, and he's agreed."
He gently touched Selena's hair and said, "Don't worry too much and wait for the engagement party to arrive peacefully."
