Be Your Lover Forever (Alicia)

How could it be possible? Being shocked by her own thoughts, Alicia shook her head in refusal.

Even Jeremy, who had been pursuing her for almost half a year, was barely able to move her. How could this overbearing yet unreasonable man make her fall so deeply in such a short period of time? She must be too exhausted! Or she must be hallucinating! Patting her cheeks, Alicia cheered herself up and walked out of the bathroom.

She didn't like to be perceived as being too ostentatious. Therefore, she removed a few layers of the red lipstick, leaving only a faint shade of red.

When she walked out of the bathroom, Frederick and the lady were nowhere to be found.

For sreason, Alicia's heart sank again...

On this day, she was in a terrible mood. For the first time, she willingly took a leave from the office. She didn't go to the hospital nor the company. She didn't even visit her mother. She wandered on the streets alone half the afternoon like a lonely lost soul. She didn't know where to go.

It was not until the sky was completely dark that she cback to her senses suddenly. Then, she felt a chilling sensation all over her body.

Alicia decided that she must move on. Hence, she gathered her emotions and headed hafter a long day. As soon as she got out of the car, she noticed that the lights in the house were on. Was Frederick back? It was reasonable but somewhat unexpected! Was he in a hurry to cback to scold her again? In fact, this afternoon, her mind was full of images of the woman pestering and hanging onto him. Inexplicably, Alicia was feeling upset at this moment. It was a rare sight.

Therefore, when she walked in, she was still feeling down.

When she opened the door and wore her slippers, she noticed that he was swirling the red wine glass at the bar counter. He was sitting at the sspot where he had hit her a few days ago! Now that their relationship was in a mess, Alicia felt that there was no need to cater to him at all. Looking at him, she turned sideways and was about to head upstairs.

"Are you dumb? You didn't even say anything when we met outside and now you want to act like a stranger at home?" A sexy and low voice could be heard and it was indicating sdispleasure. She halted her footstep subconsciously and turned her head to look at him with her red lips pursed.

Why did he always want her to greet him first? She was reluctant to do so! In the past, she would always run to him with a huge grin every twhen he cback, but at the moment... Was she still angry with him? She was really spoiled! When she was out of the house, she behaved unrulily; once she chome, she becstubborn! Frederick was a little annoyed.

He frowned slightly and noticed that something was wrong. He put down the wine glass in his hand and uttered, "Chere!" At first, she didn't want to have any interaction with him. However, his hand had been suspended in the air for quite stand she understood his temper very well. Thus, she walked towards him. Alicia didn't even reach out her hand. Instead, she halted when she was a step away.

Frederick's deep eyes narrowed slightly. He raised his hand and pulled her over, holding her in his arms.

"What's wrong? You are done being mad at me, aren't you?" Frederick didn't know what was going on in Alicia's mind. He thought that she was still mad at him as he had hit her when they were quarrelling last time! "Look at me!" He hated when she was being distant from him. It was as if he had done something wrong to her. He held her head and pinched her chin with his rough fingers.

"I haven't even said anything about you dressing up like that and hugging a man. I only beat your palm twice, yet you still can't get over it?" Thinking of the big poster displaying her and Brian Haskell in the mall in the afternoon, Frederick's heart was once again filled with anger. The two of them looked like they were a perfect match for each other! They appeared as if they shared a happy romance and had the most beautiful love between them! She didn't know that the people around him were talking about her, which made him feel jealous and envious like a lunatic.

He should have been the protagonist who was infatuated and subdued by her. He was the man who she belonged to and he should be the one being blessed and envied! Tracing her rosy-red lips with his fingers, the image of her standing on the stage from the afternoon appeared in his mind. Her red lips were like a blooming flower. He pressed his forehead against hers and began to kiss her with force...

In his arms, she felt familiar to his touch. It instantly chased away all his frustrations, making him want to kiss her even deeper. He gently pinched her blushed cheeks and his voice softened a little when he spoke.

"This time, it's even, alright? From now on, I won't hit you ever again!" Frederick had already gotten used to her moneyloving attitude. He also could accept the fact that she'll never stop working.

Without a trace of happiness, Alicia even got annoyed for no reason. She nodded but she still did not say anything.

He liked it the most when she behaved like an obedient wife. He hugged her and kissed her gently on her cheek. Then, they headed back to their room. Frederick answered a phone call while Alicia changed her clothes and simply washed up. When she walked out, she felt a twitching pain in her stomach out of the blue. Placing her hands on her belly, Alicia took a deep breath and thought, "What's going on? Is it because I haven't eaten anything at night and that I only took scold drinks?" Would it be her period? Why did her period cause her body to have such a strong reaction? "Alright! You are the boss..." As Alicia muttered, she was ready to head downstairs to cook a bowl of hot soup. When she looked up, she found that Frederick was not in the room. She was stunned and slightly flustered. Then, she walked towards the door.

As soon as she put her hand on the door handle, an urgent voice could be heard suddenly. "Danica? Where is she?" Her movements stopped abruptly. Wasn't that a woman's nthat he just mentioned? Alicia was all ears.

"...Okay! Don't go anywhere. I'll be there right away!"

Hearing his eagerness clearly, Alicia's heart couldn't help beating fast again. When she heard eard snoise outside the door she quickly took two steps back into the room. As soon as she stabilized herself, the door of the room was opened. This time, she took the initiative to speak. "Hubby..." It was her first tcalling him hubby tonight. Her voice was soft yet containing lots of affection.

"Yes?" After answering, Frederick turned to the wardrobe on one side and spoke, "I have something urgent to deal with. I have to go out for a while!" Looking at his movements, Alicia's heart sank out of nowhere. It was because of a woman. She was very sure this time.

As there was sdistance between them, she could only make out that it was a woman's name. It was either Danica or Daniella. She didn't hear it clearly! At this moment, a strong thought hit her: she didn't want him to head out.

She clenched her fists and couldn't help but say, "It's late. Can you not go?"

Putting on his jacket, Frederick noticed that she seemed to be a little unhappy. He then walked over to pinch her cheeks, trying to comfort her by kissing her lips. "I have something important to attend to!" X
