Chapter 2241 - Starvore Frog
Everyone's attention had been drawn by the ordered manna, but nobody cared to look at the pillar enough to discover its odd shape. Perhaps even Tianming had only noticed it because he’d had the benefit of seeing the caeli inside the skeletons.
"Lin Feng, help me stop the others while I go take the manna!" Lin Lele said.
"Alright!"
There were more than a dozen participants fighting up ahead. All of them wanted to reach the manna, but they held each other back. Given their performance, they were merely disciples with average potential. None of them were from the thirteen Infinitum Regal Clans, and there wasn't a single orderan! That had presented a perfect opportunity for Lin Lele. Thankfully, they had arrived soon enough, thanks to Tianming. Otherwise they would be busy tracking down the one who had taken the manna with Yin Chen.action
"I'm taking this manna! The rest of you, scram!" Lin Lele roared as she charged into the fray. Her voice was so loud that it caused shockwaves to form. The sheer force of an orderan's yell sent all the other participants flying off into the distance. Then snow-white lifebound beasts appeared beside Lin Lele, immediately covering the area in a misty white frost. Tianming saw a snow-white polar bear, which looked nothing out of the ordinary. However, the other beasts were a mix of bear-headed beasts or bears with the heads of other animals. They weren’t too different from her younger brother, Lin Huan's, beasts.

"We have to join hands to defeat her or we won't stand a chance!" someone yelled. The others were more than inclined to agree.
"Come as you please! I'll wipe you out all the same!" Lin Lele swept through the battlefield with a pale white greatsword. The frost spread all over and turned into spikes that drew much blood from surrounding lifebound beasts. That was the power of a cosmic impulse! Within the weapon was a complete cosmic impulse, which was nothing to scoff at. The Grand-Orient Sword was considered a cosmic artifact, and usually only astral gods were qualified to wield cosmic-impulse-infused weapons like them. Lin Lele's greatsword was called the Granddivine Domination. While it was only the most basic kind of cosmic artifact, it had cost tens of thousands of merit points. It was worth more than ten times the value of a saturated divine artifact, and she had saved up fifty thousand points over the course of twenty years solely for that blade. The white greatsword was double the length of the Grand-Orient Sword and had a complete cosmic impulse called Doomfrost. Coupled with her swordbeasts, it was absolutely devastating.
"Sis Le must be quite desperate, given how fiercely she's fighting. However, many more people are coming, according to Yin Chen." Tianming approached the manna from the side. He was actually headed toward the pillar beneath it. But as he approached, a long whip suddenly came striking from his side. There was something familiar about it! Tianming evaded the whip and drew his sword, only to see two familiar figures. They were the ebons, Qi Hongzhen and Qi Qiling!
"So, we meet again. What a coincidence," Qi Hongzhen said. His sister didn't say another word and charged toward the manna.
"Sis Le!" Tianming yelled.
She immediately noticed them. "Get into the sword!" she instructed her lifebound beasts. They quickly turned into their swordbeast spiritforms and entered her sword, causing it to grow blindingly bright. It felt like there were ten thousand stampeding bears within the blade, causing the power of the cosmic impulse to surge. With a single swing, those that blocked her way were forced to retreat. Then a path of ice formed. The frosty sword ki shot toward Qi Qiling, marking the start of the battle!
While ebons didn't have lifebound beasts per se, they could still use manna to evolve their warbeasts. "Lin Lele, didn't I give you face back then?" Before Qi Qiling had even approached, everything around her, including the black pillar and manna, had been frozen up by the power of the Doomfrost Impulse. It looked like the entire world had frozen, much to her rage.
"It's first come first serve, Sister!" Lin Lele shot Tianming a glance before charging toward Qi Qiling.
"Then let's see who wins this fight." Qi Qiling furrowed her brows as a purple glow emanated from her hands.
"Don't blame people for winning if you're slow."
"I won't need much time to deal with you." Right after she said that, her body was completely enveloped by a purple glow. Lin Lele was forced to target her as she couldn't afford to expose her back to her. That's why Qi Qiling allowed her brother to fight at the same time. "Go get it!"
"Alright, Sister!"
As those two were fighting, Tianming and Qi Hongzhen were the closest to the manna. "You?" Tianming laughed.

"Are you a fool?" Tianming didn't think twice and summoned his divine wonder as the two of them charged toward the manna.
"An infinite beastmaster, eh...." Tianming used his eye to scan Qi Hongzhen and knew that the ebon’s fierce beasts were about to show up. He was well aware that infinite beastmasters were great in a war, but they were unable to use their advantages well in swift, intense random encounters like these. Before Qi Hongzhen's warbeasts were even awakened, powerful Prime Cosmic Rings came smashing down from above, completely binding him and sending him flying back, vomiting blood. Tianming was far more powerful than before!
"Hah! Who’d be stupid enough to let you awaken your warbeasts?" After breaking through another level, Tianming could completely dominate Qi Hongzhen, as long as his warbeasts weren't around. Naturally, his was a special case, as his prime wonder was far too fast and forceful. Having dealt with the ebon, Tianming turned to the eighth- and ninth-level stellaminor beastmasters who had circled around Lin Lele to take the manna and easily took care of a few of them at once with his prime wonder and Grand-Orient Sword.
"Get out of my sight!" He didn't drag things out and quickly approached the manna after forcing some others away.
"Stop him!" someone cried.
On the other end, Qi Qiling's low-sanctuary-class nova wildbeast appeared on the battlefield.
"What a unit!" Tianming was shocked at what he saw. It was a starvore frog!
