"...Pardon?" Jole's eyes strained wide upon hearing what Khal said and his jaw loosened unconsciously.
However, if one thought about just how hard it was to obtain Contribution Points or how much Golden Coins one needed to pay to get enough to buy not one but two Supreme-Quality ores at once then it was not a huge surprise to see such a reaction from Jole.
After all, even the hardest mission in the sect only provided with at the very best a 1,000 Contribution Points and even those ones were available once or twice a month! This also showed just how much hard work one needed to accumulate 100,000 CP much less 200,000!
Yet, right at this very moment, someone who joined the sect just now was ready to use around 200,000 Contribution Points to buy two Supreme-Quality ores which even the best blacksmiths had problems forging!
"A-Are you sure about this? I don't really doubt your wealth thanks to you having the title of an Elder, but the number of Contribution Points you wish to give me, especially because you have just recently joined this sect, is... really a huge amount. You should-"
"You don't need to worry, even if I buy these two ores I still have many left. As a fact, if I want, I can easily buy the remaining two too." Khal said with a casual smile as he interrupted Jole.
"You what?" Darla on the side blurted out loud as she now slowly didn't know if Khal was bluffing or was indeed telling the truth.
Follow on NovᴇlEnglish.nᴇtWhile in her eyes those ores were nothing as she was the daughter of one of the most renowned Array Masters in the Second Realm, she was perfectly well aware that Khal was just an ordinary human with no unique background and backing.
Thus it made sense that he was able to possess this much wealth even though he did nothing nor had he anyone to help him!
"Did you rob an entire vault somewhere or what?" Darla asked with a frown as she stared at Khal's figure in confusion.
Khal, however, just smiled silently without replying as he knew that Darla couldn't be any closer to the truth than that. However, Darla misunderstood his silence as arrogance, resulting in her complexion turning rather scary all of a sudden.
"So? Can I have these two ores or not?" ignoring the chilly stare on his neck, Khal looked at Jole and asked with the same calm smile on his face.
Jole remained silent for a brief moment, but as he realized it was not his problem if Khal suddenly went broke after this he nodded and took the token away from him.
After transferring the exact amount of points with the 10% discount, Jole handed the token back to Khal together with the two boxes which contained the two ores that Khal choose.
"It was a pleasure to do business with you." Jole showed a wide grin, seemingly delighted that under a single day he earned almost as much as he used to gain under a single month!
"Same." Khal nodded and after bidding his farewell he walked out of the shop, still ignoring Darla's gaze on his skin.
"Let's see... It should be somewhere here if I remember right." Khal mumbled as he walked through the sect, seemingly in search of something.
And soon enough, he finally reached this small but relatively tall building with a huge hammer on a half-moon symbol carved right above its doors.
Darla quickly realized what was inside the building from the symbol thus her steps came to an abrupt halt before she said, "You can go, I will go and cultivate."
"Sure." Khal nodded without stopping and turning around.
Darla's brows twitched when she saw how Khal ignored her and wished to say something but even before words could have come out of her mouth Khal has already walked inside the building with the doors closed.
"Young Fairy, it seems you are someone new here, right? If you want, I can show you around..." a handsome cultivator suddenly approached Darla with a dazzling smile, but before he could have finished talking his words got stuck in his throat while cold sweat began to ooze out of his forehead uncontrollably.
"I-I apologize... I just realized I had an unfinished task I need to do... If you excuse me..." the young man quickly bowed toward Darla and almost as if in fear he will die if he stay any longer he ran away.

Meanwhile, completely unaware that he angered Darla for who knows why, inside the building which in the inside looked rather neat and spacious, Khal walked before the sole desk in the middle of the hall and asked, "Excuse me, can I forge here?"
The lady behind the desk who seemed too bored despite reading a thick book raised her head lazily, but after seeing Khal's face she quickly jumped up onto her feet and showed a wide smile.
"Welcome to Silver Moon, Elder Khal. You wish to forge, did I understand that clearly?"
"Huh? So you recognize me?" Khal was slightly surprised as he asked.
"Naturally. The Sect Master and all the Elders informed everyone about you, so there is literally no one who is not aware that you have succeeded to become an Elder and can't recognize you!" the young lady whose name was Dona and had the presence of a Body Temperer nodded, looking at Khal with eyes that showed respect and awe!
"I-I see... No wonder Jole recognized me then." Khal mumbled and after taking a deep breath nodded and continued, "Anyways, yeah, I indeed came here to forge. Though the ores I wish to forge are all Supreme-Quality so I do not know if you have a special chamber built for cases like this."
"Supreme-Quality ores?" Dona widened her eyes in surprise but quickly regained her composure before showing a bittersweet smile, "We indeed have one chamber in case someone wishes to forge Supreme-Quality ores, but one has to pay an hourly fee if one wishes to use. Even if it is an Elder..."
"That is not a problem." Khal nodded calmly.
"Understood.. Then please follow me."
