Owen’s face turned a few shades paler, and after taking a deep breath, he slowly said, “Since Ms. Schneider asked
me to speak, then I will speak”
Briana nodded with a smile, asking, “Please speak.”
“Recently, many companies in Bridenville wanted to enter the clothing industry, but they didn’t want to make a
large initial investment. Therefore, they were looking to collaborate with companies like ours that have our own
factories and machines. They would provide the designs, and we would produce the finished products for them.”
“I recently contacted several companies, and the prices they offered were quite reasonable. I suggest that we take

the rest of you?”
Melody frowned, “I object. These kinds of orders are usually not small, taking at least a month, and at most several
months. If we take on several of these orders, the factory won’t have time to produce MY Corporation’s new
products for the whole year!”

“Alright, I definitely won’t let Ms. Schneider down!”
After the meeting, Melody angrily sought out Briana.
“Briana, why did you agree to my uncle’s proposal? He’s always been the type to not get up early unless there’s a
benefit. There must be some advantage for him to be so proactive!”
Briana chuckled, “As long as he doesn’t violate company regulations, it’s his skill if he can gain benefits.”
Melody gritted her teeth, “How could it not violate company
regulations! He doesn’t care about the company’s survival at all now, he just wants to benefit himself!”
“Wouldn’t that be better?”
Melody looked at her in disbelief, “What do you mean?”
“As long as he harmed the company’s interests and violated the company’s regulations, he could be asked to leave
the board of directors.”
