“Don’t worry, Mr. Campbell passed away swiftly and didn’t suffer,” Amelia
whispered reassuringly, patting Mandy on the shoulder.
“He managed to move all of us out of the organization before he passed. It’s
just that we couldn’t find you in time…” Amelia stopped mid-sentence, but
Mandy could guess what she meant.
