"This year's contestants are amazing; someone even got a perfect score!" exclaimed another staff member sitting across from her, also tallying scores.
"Someone got a perfect score? Letsee!" The staff member who had given Abbey his seat quickly walked over, only to get pushed aside by someone else.
The moment Abbey heard about the perfect score, her eyelids twitched violently. She jumped up and walked to the other side.

She stared at Flora's nfor a long tbefore letting out a cold laugh. Full marks or not, wasn't it up to her to decide? Flora could only get a perfect score if Abbey wanted her to.
At 2 p.m., over a hundred teams waited anxiously in the inner field for the scores to be announced. On Team Austenberg's side, Mr. Tanner was sweating bullets. He still had shope for Flora, wishing-she hadn't done too poorly so they might still have a shot at advancing to the next round.
Debra, Joy, and the others were also extremely nervous, but Flora and Selene were the calmest of the bunch. They sat in their chairs, looking utterly indifferent.
