"Fufu, you look good." Silvia chuckled when she saw Axis with new clothes. They had been trying several clothes already to see which one suit him the most. However, Axis seemed to have no interest in clothes, so Silvia and Alex decided on his clothes.
As for where the money came from? It was obviously from the gold coin Alex had. Although he couldn't show the identification proof, he still got enough money to cover up their expenses for a month. And the Gold Coins were nothing in his eyes, so it wasn't a loss.
After getting the clothes, Silvia asked, "Do you think we should go separate ways? I am planning to check the medicine in this world while you are searching for treasures, right?"
Alex nodded. "I don't really mind, but I feel bad because—"
Silvia covered his mouth gently and shook her head. "It's fine. You don't need to think about me. Having you as a boyfriend is enough for now, so I don't wish for more because we need to make a stronger bond that can't easily get destroyed by a simple misunderstanding. That's why…"
"I understand. Let's go with it. However, there should be a time where we spend together in this world. It's not like you are planning to use every second to study, right?" Alex smiled.
"Fine. We will have a vacation somewhere."
Alex then asked the staff near them. 'Excuse me, how many days in this month again?"
"It's thirty-two days."
"What date is today?" Alex asked embarrassedly.
The staff thought that Alex must haven't gone out too often because of work or something to the point he couldn't remember the date. She took a look at his beautiful wife and a small kid before shaking her head in disappointment. "6th."
"I see, thank you." Alex scratched his head helplessly.
The staff looked away. She just couldn't believe that someone as handsome as Alex would be this careless with his wife and kid.
Alex smiled and returned to Silvia. "How about we do whatever we want until next month. I will find you again on 1st next month."
"Sure." Silvia agreed.
Alex then waited until they settled everything and left the mall.
"Hmm…" Alex narrowed his eyes. "You felt them?"
"Yes. I thought they were normal customers, but it seemed they were not."
"Indeed." Alex thought for a moment. "Let me handle this."

"How about we go to the nearest mountain? I think it's a good place for our holiday. I will survey the area first today after checking in the hotel." Alex smiled.
"That's a great idea. Let's go then." Silvia agreed without hesitation.
They then walked the street. When Alex saw a hotel, he pulled Silvia and went in.
"Can I help you?" The receptionist politely greeted them. Luckily, there seemed to be only one receptionist currently. Usually, there should be one or two more, but they seemed to have a break or go to the restroom. Either way, everything worked excellently.
"Is there any empty room for three?" Alex asked.
"Yes."
"I will have that one then for one night." Alex smiled.
"I understand. I would like to ask you to leave your ID Card first and proceed with the payment."
Silvia knew that they didn't have an ID Card, so she quickly used her needles to control her for a few seconds to deal with all the necessities. Of course, he gave the money. He only used her ID Card to register him.
After getting the key, Alex led them to the elevator and opened the room.
"Alright. I need to get going. With the security here, I doubt that they will try to come for you. Just stay here for a few hours and everything should have been resolved." Alex assured her.
"Yes. Don't need to worry about us." Alex smiled and left the room.
He secretly went to the top floor to see where the nearest mountain was. After that, he baited all the undercover people by walking with a clueless expression toward the nearest mountain.
One of the undercover people called someone on his phone. "Young Miss, we have found him."
"Good." The Young Miss in his mouth was none other than the green-haired woman earlier. Next to him was a young man with the same uniform as her. "Young Master Li, I need your help to teach this guy a lesson. He shamed me and even forced me into this state. I will marry you if you can bring him to me so I can kill him myself. How about it?"
"Hahaha! I will show you why people call me a genius." The young man laughed as he rose from the couch. The woman he had troubled with was in trouble, so this would be the best chance to show her his good side.
Suddenly, her grandfather came into the room and watched everything happen earlier. He gnashed his teeth and shouted. "An! What the heck are you doing?"
"Grandpa. He did all this to me and you didn't want to take revenge? Am I really your granddaughter?"
The grandfather gritted his teeth. "You don't know anything. Ah, it seems to be the end of my Xi Family."
"Grandpa! You—" The woman shouted. "I will let you see that he is just acting big. Young Master Li is the best of the younger generation. You always want me to be his wife, right? Now I have given him a chance, you are trying to stop me?!"
The grandfather gritted his teeth and left in anger. However, deep down, he was filled with regret as he muttered in sorrow. "Ah, I have really spoiled my granddaughter too much to the point she is beyond redemption. That person is not something you have ever seen before…I need to do something."
While the grandfather tried to do everything he could, Alex was walking toward the nearest mountain nonchalantly as if he never knew that there were many people tailing him.
Alex climbed the mountain that only needed fifteen minutes to climb and found a giant lake inside the mountain's mouth.
"Hmm…" Alex narrowed his eyes. "This is interesting."
Although it was faint, he could sense Divine Energy permeating the lake. When he activated his Spirit Eyes, he saw something with Divine Energy.
"Hmm?" Alex tilted his head before finding someone on the edge of the crater.
He was bald and wore an orange and red uniform. On his forehead were a few dots. His appearance was like that of a senior monk that seemed to have served the monastery for decades.
"Amithaba. Nice to meet you, visitor." The old monk bowed his head politely and asked. "Are you on vacation?"
"Not really?" Alex shook his head.
"I see… I don't know why but I have a bad feeling that will happen to you. I don't mean to curse you, but every time I go here, I can somehow see someone's karma. Your karma is neither good nor bad, but at the same time, they are bountiful. You must have done many things in your life."
Alex waved his hand, telling him it wasn't a big deal. "So, may I know why Elder thinks this way?"
"I am not too sure myself, but I believe in one legend. According to the legend, there is a green dragon living in the lake, but no one can find him, so it's never been proven."
Alex thought for a moment and recalled what he saw with his Spirit Eyes. The Divine Energy was weak, but he could see it had a shape. And it was quite long too, so Alex believed that it came from the dragon.
He thought, 'Why can a Divine Rank Beast stay in this world?'
[I am afraid that this beast has a pact with the World's Will. And with how weak you the dragon is, he must have no strength to leave this world.]
'Well, I can just ask the dragon for that.' Alex stared at the monk mysteriously before asking a weird question. "What if I tell you the dragon does exist in this lake?"
The monk's expression turned serious. As much as he didn't want to trust this young man's word, he didn't know why but his words carried so much persuasive power. Along with his serious expressions, he simply couldn't brush his words away easily.
"Amithaba. That is indeed a dream come true."
"You are really a good person despite having that power in your body." Alex smiled. "Please continue being so."
Follow on Novᴇl-Onlinᴇ.cᴏm"You know?" The monk was surprised and observed Alex more.
"Yes. No need to observe me." Alex shook his head before turning around. "It seems there are people who want to accompany me… Old monk, I don't mean to be rude, but I have two things to say. First of all, I would like to ask you to not interfere with this matter even if you want to stop what I am doing. Second, I will grant your wish after everything is over."
"Amithaba. May I know how many people you have killed?" The old man shivered when he sensed a little bit of Alex killing intent that leaked out of his eyes.
"It's better you don't know. I have been trying to do good to match the bad things I have done." Alex shook his head and walked forward.
In front of him were thirty people in black suits. All of them had good body build.
However, Alex also saw someone walking behind them. He wore a white uniform as he glared at Alex. He couldn't contain his excitement to see how he beat Alex and got married to the woman he loved.
"Hear me, puny human. Feel honored that you shall be my sacrifice to get the Xi An's heart. You—"
"Alright, you don't need to tell me more. I already understand what happened." Alex cut his sentence and sighed. "I have warned them to not do anything, but it seems Axis's wish needs to become true as soon as possible."
Before the so-called Young master Li could say something, he released his killing intent, enveloping all of them, including the old monk. However, he didn't do like what he did to the old man's bodyguard. He gave them a breather while saying. "You are being used…You know."
"I haven't tried to not offend someone, but it doesn't mean that they can think lowly of me. Yet, they used you to catch me…This is laughable. After feeling my killing intent, if you still desire to defeat me, feel free to do so. As for those people with the suits, I know that you are paid for this. If you want to leave, it's better to do now because I guarantee that today will be the day you die." Alex calmly looked at those people.
The Young Master gritted his teeth. There was no way he would have given up after getting so close to his goal. He shouted. "I am the son of Grandmaster Li. I will show you the strength of Martial Arts."
Alex ignored him and looked at the bodyguards. "This is your last warning."
"I am sorry, Young Master Li. I can't do this! I don't know how many people he has killed, but it is no less than a thousand." A few bodyguards ran as fast as they could.
"What?!" The Young Master gritted his teeth and ordered. "Kill him!"
All the bodyguards charged at him while sweat covered their bodies.
"I see…" Alex sighed. "That's your choice. I hope that you don't need to endanger your life for money in your next lives."
Alex gently waved his hand, but his Sword Qi and Sword Intent swept the area, cutting all the bodyguard heads in an instant.
The old monk opened his eyes wide as he couldn't understand what Alex just did. The same applied to the young man. He never saw something like that even from his father despite him saying he had shown everything to him.
Before focusing on the young man, Alex turned his head to the lake and said, "Hey, buddy. I know that you have sensed my killing intent too. How about you come out?"
As if answering his request, a figure emerged from the water as it floated in the air.
The old monk dropped on his butt as he recalled what Alex said earlier.
I will grant your wish…
