Chapter 418 Kayson frowned and agreed. “Vodu Worms are quite tricky.
“I've already realized that there’s a problem when my mind expansion not detecting anything, but | thought that
it might be skind of trap.”
If it were a trap, he had Titanium Technique , and most traps would not be able to hurt him. Anything like that
was as good as nothing to him. It was a surprise that the man was from the Vodu Tribe. Joseph must have really
harmed a lot of people. The Vodu Worms were unnoticeable when killing, so it was an extremely savage tactic.
Mr. Snook announced proudly, “You might as well surrender now that my Vodu Worm'’s got you.
“I wouldn't have been so careful with you if you hadn’t been able to kill Steelification Doyen.”
Kayson chuckled. “You mean that | should thank you for regardingso highly?”
His patience running thin, Joseph urged him, “Mr. Snook, hurry up and end his life!”

Mr. Snook nodded, ready to control the Vodu Worm in Kayson’s body and make it devour the latter's internal
organs.
Then, Kayson asked, “Mr. Snook, you aren't at the pre celestial level, right?”
“Ah, I'm not as accomplished. I'm at the peak of the master level,” Mr. Snook answered with a raise of his brow.
Kayson smiled. “You don’t know anything about the pre celestial level or mind expansion.” He held a silver
needle, so he infused it with lightning energy and stabbed it into the center of his chest.
While Mr. Snook was surprised and wondered why Kayson would poke himself, he saw the latter cutting his skin
open with the silver needle, penetrating a black Vodu Worm that was as thick as a toothpick. Mr. Snook’s eyes
widened in shock.
Kayson said, “You guys must've never killed an energy practitioner in the late stage of the pre-celestial level.
Mind expansion reads everything. “Including one’s own body, of course. It's also a coincidence that | have some
medical prowess.” Mr. Snook was aghast. Was the pre-celestial level like this? He was not at that level, so he did
not know it very well, but there was one thing he knew, and that was that his plan had failed.
Kayson tossed the needle and squashed the Vodu Worm
that fell on the floor with one step.
Mr. Snook turned pale. He wanted to flee, but Kayson sent a needle flying with a scoff. It went straight into the
back of Mr. Snook’s neck, and the man collapsed, his limbs going numb and weak.
Plop! Joseph fell to the floor, the color draining off his face.
Kayson went over to him and asked, “Where's Xander?”
The second richest man in Clouspring must not die. Kayson needed him to replace Joseph and maintain the
business state in Clouspring. Joseph was ashen-faced as he led Xander, who was on the brink of death, over to
Kayson.
Kayson needled the man to save him, delivering a bit of energy to him, and slowly opened his eyes.

“M-Mr. Yarde...”
“Lendyour assistant for a minute,” Kayson said.
“G-Go ahead and order him around...”
Kayson then called the young assistant who had welcomed him earlier on Xander’s phone.
When the assistant saw the richest man in Clouspring on his knees, he was shocked. Why was Mr. Wadley
kneeling down? The assistant paled in shock when he saw Xander covered in blood.
Kayson sent him to collect sherbs with a prescription. After he left, Kayson sat on the side and looked at
Joseph, who was pale. “Mr. Wadley, who else is behind you other than the Osborns?”
“What do you mean? The Osborns are the ones supporting me. There's no one else,” Joseph replied. Kayson
scoffed. “That's not very honest of you, Mr. Wadley. You're logged as a person of interest over at Admiralporium.”
Joseph's gaze was filled with panic when he heard that.
