Chapter 979
'Why would | need a hammer?' Kayson was at a loss of whether to laugh or cry. "Have you ever heard of Heavenless?"
Warren's pupils constricted, and he exclaimed, "I've heard it before, of course! This is an extremely well-known sword
technique!
"Delmont Hamilton from Northspring fought against the most skilled sword genius, Ezekiel Turner, by using Heavenless in the
past!"
"Do you think | can break the defense of the Cadogans’ Steel Screen man if | can perform the first form of Heavenless that is
a hundred times more powerful than Mr. Hamilton Sr.'s move?"
Warren stood up from his seat swiftly and said incredulously, "Y-You're trained in Heavenless too!? | thought the sword
technique had vanished together with Delmont?"
Next to him, Master Shannong said, "Could it be that Delmont... is still alive?"
Kayson nodded and said, "Mr. Hamilton Sr. is still alive and passed down Heavenless to me.

"However, | don't have a sword that is strong enough because ordinary swords can’t withstand my strength. | need a sword
that is strong enough to wield the technique.
"I'm already fully trained, so if | can land a strike on the opponent... perhaps it might be effective."
Warren said in excitement, "Heavenless! | didn't expect that a matchless sword technique like this has yet to
vanish from this world! If you really are skilled in it, | believe that you will stand a chance to break the man's
Steel Screen!"
Warren appeared to be unusually excited.
"Let’s go! I'm taking you to Admiralporium's weapon warehouse! You can take a look at all the swords in our
warehouse and see which one is suited to your standards!"
Kayson nodded. That seemed to be the only option for him now.
Not even Shiloh's sword could withstand his strength now that he was fully trained in Divine Impact.
Kayson arrived at the weapon warehouse, and the sight of weapons cinto his eyes. Swere hanging on
the wall, while swere placed on racks.
He took a glance and discovered that Warren was right about very few antique swords being available, but there
were many newer swords and hammers.
"Hmm?"
All of a sudden, Kayson found a spear that looked extremely old. The spear was forged of metal and appeared
very shabby as if it could be broken with just a smack.
Yet, Kayson could feel a gust of indistinct sharpness radiating from the spear.
"Chief Kline, where did this aged spear cfrom?"
Warren took a glance and said, "Ah, this. | picked it up when | was carrying out a mission in the west. It is of
mediocre quality, but it seems to be made of a unique material.
"Hence, | brought it back at the time. However, no one chooses it because it looks overly aged. As such, it has
been on display here ever since."
Kayson nodded before performing a soul projection and approaching the ancient-looking spear with his soul.

All of a sudden, the gust of terrifying sharpness turned into streams of golden light that shot out of the spear!
Kayson hastily retracted his soul and said in excitement, "Chief Kline, can | have the spear?"
Warren was stunned before saying, "Sure. No one wants it anyway.
"However, | think that the spear will break in a few moves if you wield it, Kayson. You're not going to use it to fight against
the Cadogans' Steel
Screen man, are you?"
Kayson shook his head and said with excitement in his gaze, "Of course not. There's something I need in the spear!
"If | can't break the Cadogans' Steel Screen man just by using Heavenless, | believe that what's contained in this spear will
allowto do that!"
Even Warren found it incredulous upon hearing Kayson’s remark.
Kayson picked up the aged spear and constantly felt the needle-like sharpness probing at his palm.
There was septmetal energy contained in the spear! Kayson needed it as it was one of the five elements of energy!
