Everyone turned to the water source, only to find a young man with two girls on his arm, suspended in the air.

They were levitating over the water.

Without saying anything, he dropped onto the water and began walking towards the shore.

The girls who were no longer holding onto him seemed surprised that they too were walking on water, but didn't question it.

Aurora, Violet and Lara's eyes lit up when they saw who it was. Ruby's eyes grew watery for a moment before she rubbed at them.

A serious look could be seen on his face as he pulled his Gray hair back. "Partial Activation." A mark began to take shape on his forehead.

[Activating Mark Of The King: 1st Stage Partial Activation.]

[When in this state, the buffs given are only a portion of those from the full transformation.  ]

'Shut up, System.'

Gray carried on walking before reaching the shore, and stopping on top of the sand. The waves seeped through his shoes, wetting them in process.

Gray glanced back, looking at Ruby in the eye before turning to the countless horned ones ahead of him.

"Hey...? That guy doesn't have horns... Who is he...?"

"Gray hair... Golden Irises... Don't tell me he's..."

"THAT'S THE ENEMY!! HE'S THE ONE WHO SLAYED THE KING!" One of them shouted.

The tension in the air instantly dropped, as an excessive amount of bloodlust, crashed onto their shoulders.

They found themselves being stared at by bulging eyes from everywhere around. Delta's eyes grew colder, as even the air felt denser to breathe.

The tribes girl had her arm on her weapon in case she'd have to resort to it.

They were both on edge.

Despite that, in almost an instant, four figures appeared before Gray, immidiately striking him.

The horns at the top of their head were red, they were clear nobles.

They all striked at the same time, making it almost impossible for him to dodge.

Yet despite that, to everyone's surprise, there wasn't so much as a scratch on him.

The three nobles could be seen, standing there, on the shore around him with their weapons on hand.

The one on the right stopped their swing right beside Gray's neck; the one on the front had extended his thrust but still stopped in the air just before Gray's neck; and the other two had their maces and scythes also frozen before they made contact with Gray's vital part.

Four on one, they were all aiming for his death, so the look of surprise on their faces was truly something to behold.

The other nobles who saw this instantly became curious as to what had happened.

Especially the Duke and Charlotte's family.

Gray looked down at the nobles who had just tried to attack him with a cold an expressionless look.

A split second after, he let out his blood-lust causing chills to rush down their spine.

They wanted to retreat, they could still move, but their weapons wouldn't budge. To leave behind their weapons, in front of everyone would have made them a disgrace.

"I have not come here to fight." Said Gray as he turned his attention away from them. "But let this be a warning-"

[Fast-Forward]

Out of nowhere, a kick crashed into the middle of the face of the Horned one to Gray's front, causing his eyes to widen.

He was blown away, right towards the formation where the commoners were lined up.

[Fast-Forward on cooldown.]

A split second after, the other three horned ones around Gray, had their head's cock back at the same time.

A loud impact resounded as air burst through their faces. Fist prints could be seen all over their bodies.

In the next second, they were suffering a barrage of blows from all over, it was so condensed and powerful that their bodies pushed off the ground.

Not knowing what the hell had just happened, they were blasted away.

Two crashed into the ships on the shores, while the last crashed into the water.

The entire shore had gone quiet from shock as no one had seen it, they hadn't seen Gray taken even a step. And yet four nobles were instantly dealt with.

Violet and Ruby who saw this couldn't help but smile. Charlotte was shocked and Lara was worried. Kylo could be seen punching the air rooting for Gray to kick their asses.

Lastly Lita, she stood there calmly with her eyes shut.

The only one missing from the Group was Ria.

She was hidden away from site inside of one of the ships, waiting with her Rapier in hand to attack when necessary.

Her expression as calm as her breathing.

"What in the world...?"

Gray lowered and pulled back his extended leg before turning to Ruby.

A bit of blood could be seen dripping down from his nose, but that stopped shortly after.

[Auto-Recovery]

It was an effect from activating the mark.

From just partially activating it, he could have a partial effect of regeneration which would allow him to survive stopping time.

Even if it was only partial, with it he could stop time, but just not for long, as the longer he went on the graver the damages.

At most he could handle 3 seconds now.

If he exceeded a time limit which could kill him, the system would automatically deactivate the time stop.

If that was the case, why not fully activate the mark and boost the timer?

There was a time limit for the mark to stay active, if he fully activated it, the time would have been chipped away much faster.

From where he stood, Gray had a feeling he would need to keep the mark active for as long as possible.

Gray turned his head back and glanced over at Ruby.

"Ruby. I've been meaning to ask this for a while... Why is that I see some another lady with a crown on their head at the back whilst there isn't nothing in yours?" Gray asked.

He had missed out on everything since he had been teleported away. But the plan was for Ruby to have been the one in throne.

After that, she'd stop the war herself.

So why was it that the horned ones were at the docks, as if they were going to return back to earth?

"Ruby... Explain..." He muttered coldly.
