The man that spoke was Kirby and he was a tiger summoner. He didn’t like how Gryle always showed her emotions so much because he usually gets affected by the emotions of those around him easily. If he could, he wouldn’t even be here. He would rather be with the other four trying to protect the other side of the castle!

Gryle kicked Kirby on the leg and he growled at her. He was currently in his Sabertooth tiger form and she knew how much he hated people touching him when he is in this form!

Pyrne rolled his eyes at their antics. He couldn’t believe he has to put up with things like this every day. He turned to his wife and told her that he was going to the top of the castle to meet up with the other archers. His wife and the others would give orders on the ground here.

Pyrne kissed him before he flew into the sky. Once he was up there, he looked closely at the army in the distance. Damn, they’re so many. It’s like the night is creeping upon us. I don’t like this. Something’s not right, why would they just come right at us from the front? If they’re coming from that side, then we should have definitely gotten a warning from our sentries.

Well, it didn’t matter. Even if they’re trying to catch us off guard on the other side of the castle, there’s no way they can get inside. The strongest general is on that side so he can handle anything thrown at them.

Han was watching the people on the island running around like chickens and he took a deep breath to calm himself. This was the first step in finally getting everyone on the same page. Han needed to handle this in just the right way or else there will surely be a lot of bloodshed.

He hoped that Gregory put what he asked him to in the right place. Han increased the output of his frigid tundra skill and he saw how the ice covering the water increased in speed. The shadow Hunters were marching over the ocean and in only a few minutes they will be on the island.

Han knew that he could just go to the island himself and then call on his shadow hunters when he gets there, but this is a show of power. He wanted Quinthreath and his army to know that there was now a mage stronger than him out there!! There is no way someone as old as Quinthreath would bow to someone weaker!

“Han! Incoming!”

Gregory suddenly called out to Han and Han looked up to the top of the castle. There was a long line of archers standing on top of there and all of them had their arrows cocked back. Each of them was a white Star and Han could see that they had an enormous amount of power in them, but it was the one in front that really impressed Han. That Dragonborn was packing power in the hundred of thousands for sure!!

Pryne pulled back his bow and arrow and he immediately activated four skills!

[Almighty Overseer] has been activated!

[Perfect Aim] has been activated!

[Arrow of Destruction] has been activated!

[Unstoppable Force] has been activated!

Boom!!!!

The arrow leaving the bow left a shock wave behind him as he unleashed destruction! The arrow flew straight toward Han and Pryne looked on as Han ignored the arrow flying towards him!

Ka-Boommm!!

The arrow slammed into Han with an explosion and a dust cloud rose around him. Pryne waited for the dust to clear up and when he finally saw Han again, he sighed tiredly. Han was fine. There wasn’t even a single scratch on the fucker.

“Well fuck. He’s the real deal. The only person that has never been hurt by my arrow before is Quinthreath”

Pryne cocked another arrow back and he shouted out to his archers!

“Target everyone else except for the mage in the sky! He’s not your match!”

The archers all obeyed and began to unleash arrow after arrow on the army of Shadow Hunters! Han watched the explosions happening down there and he could see that some of the shadow Hunters were actually getting hurt by the arrows. Han’s MP wasn’t even being dented as he could easily form many more shadow Hunters, but he didn’t want them to get the satisfaction.

[Bloodlust] has been activated!

Gregory gritted his teeth and held on tightly to his dragon as he felt Han’s bloodlust spike. He knew that this was always a part of the plan, but he had no idea that Han’s bloodlust was already this powerful! He felt like he was going to die!

The archers on top of the wall could all feel the bloodlust and it immediately made them increase their fervor! They couldn’t let someone like that come to their castle! On the ground, the troops were getting riled up as they waited for the shadow Hunters to finally reach the shore. The summoners that could transform into animals were already moving towards the front with the tanks while the swordsmen and spearmen were in the middle of the pack. There was no journeyman in the army, but the nightwalkers had all melted into the shadows. Their job was to attack from the shadows where no one could be their equal!

This army were terrified of Han’s bloodlust, but they were more than ready to meet it head on!

[Bloodlust] has been activated!

Doon!!

The army staggered as another bloodlust spiked from the top of their castle. Quinthreath was standing on a tall tower and looking towards Han. The two mages were suppressing everyone with their bloodlust and the army shouted their support as their leader took to the battlefield as well!

Quinthreath looked right at Han with a glare and Han stared right back with a smirk in place.

“Gregory, please tell me it’s already there”

Gregory looked up into the sky and he saw that the sun had completely set on the horizon. He nodded to Han and Han laughed.

Come out and play, you ugly bastard!

[Demon Pet] has been activated!

In the middle of the castle, a shadow began to bulge and grow in size. Han instructed Gregory earlier to put one of his Shadow Hunters inside the shadow of the castle and to hide it there until they would need it. Gregory had the Nightwalker skill as well as the added advantage of his dark magic, so it was easy for him to hide the shadow and get away before anyone truly notices him. It also helped that it was late at night at the time.

The [Demon Pet] skill is one of the skills that require a catalyst to be activated. It needed something that it would grow from. Han put his shadow hunter inside the castle because he knew that it would be almost impossible to attack this castle head-on and hope for victory. The only way he can win is if he does something no one would expect at all at the perfect time.

The shadow that was growing inside the castle suddenly shot out two hands and began to drag itself out from the dark. It pulled itself forward like a dying man until it touched the feet of an unsuspecting soldier. The soldier looked down and his eyes widened in shock as he was suddenly engulfed in darkness before he could scream!

Rarghhhhh!!!!!

Booommmmm!

A scream echoed through the floor before a large explosion happened! Quinthreath looked back down in shock as a giant monster the size of a mansion pulled itself out of the shadow and began to rampage inside his castle! It was a slimy, grotesque, and disgusting thing that looked like something the devil shit out yesterday! It had tendrils swinging all around its large ball-like body and there was no head on the top.Â

What was a monster doing inside his castle grounds!?

“Attack!!!!!”

The battle cry of his soldiers alerted him to the fact that the Shadow Hunters already got to the shore! This is bad! His army now had to divide their forces between the monster in their castle and the army outside!

But it didn’t matter! His main priority here is Han Luo! As long as he gets rid of that mage then everything will end! He looked up at Han Luo, but his shock was not small when he suddenly heard another battle cry coming from the opposite side of his castle! Shadow Hunters were crawling out of the water there as well!

It was a two-pronged attack all along! How many of these things can this man make!? He has to have made at least twenty thousand!

Han watched the absolute confusion that the army was going through, and he couldn’t help but love it! The people on the other side of the castle were isolated since those in front were too busy attacking two sides at the same time and he made sure that most of the shadow hunters were concentrated on that backside! Han could create twenty thousand shadow hunters if he really put his mind to it. And even though the shadow hunters were weaker than

the soldiers, numbers was the name of the game!
