While Ako was relieving stress and Yana was playing, Kana sat with her eyes closed, going over the information inside her head. The images of dragons from ancient times were not from any worlds she knew of. The images showed many powerful monsters and beings that roamed the lands, but even if they were powerful, they still feared dragons.
Kana had information about many worlds, the languages of these worlds, and even the magic they used. Some of which were nature based while others were pure death based. Each skill was different from the last. While it could come nowhere close to chaos they were still on a scale of their own. They could easily be all world destroyers or world saver spells.
But what caught Kana's attention the most was the crafting section of her legacy. It was the skills passed down from generation to generation between dragons. Forging, alchemy, leatherworking, wood crafting, you name it, and it was within her memories.
Follow on NovᴇlEnglish.nᴇtKana wanted to really dive into these memories, especially the ones about forging, but she knew now was not the time. She opened her eyes and looked out over the grassy meadow to see Ako torturing some male slime while Yana was chasing after anyone who attacked her. "I guess it is time to finish things up."
Standing up, Kana stretched and looked up at the blue sky before walking over to Ako, who had a strange gleeful smile on her face as she stabbed and twisted her sword in the male slime's body. She reached out and placed her hand on Ako's shoulder, causing Ako to snap out of her crazed state of mind. She turned and looked at Kana with a bit of confusion in her eyes. "Master?"
"We can take him back. We should finish up what we came here to do and leave this place. There is no need to continue. Revenge is good but going too far against those who are innocent is also not good. See…." Kana pointed at Yana, who had just killed another slime that attacked her. "Yana is not killing the young nor those who do not attack. This is the proper way to do things. The one you want is in your hands. Take him away, and the pillar holding this clan up will be lost."
Ako looked around her and lowered her head. She couldn't believe she got lost in her own rage. But as she was feeling depressed, a hand landed on her head and gently petted it. "You do not need to worry so much. Chaos is something that will turn the slightest bit of anger into rage. Do not let it control you. As long as you try to keep a clear state of mind, your judgment will not be clouded."
"Yes… Thank you, Master…." Ako stood up and looked at the man who stared blankly up at the sky and shook her head. She raised her sword and stabbed down, destroying his core. Seeing this, Kana smiled and hugged Ako from behind. "The future is all you should think about now. Find a path you wish to follow. Be the person you wish to be. Fall in love. Raise a family. Do everything you have ever dreamt about. I will be there if you need help. So do not worry."
"Master!" Ako began to cry. Yes, she truly began to cry. Tears rolled down her cheeks as she pushed her face into Kana's chest. Ako's slime body was no longer how it used to be. She was now a more complex being that could do many things that other slimes could not.
Yana, who was paying attention to what was going on behind her, stopped her killing spree. She turned and walked back over to her Mama. When she saw Ako crying, she let out a sigh of relief. While killing those who attacked, she saw many young slimes. She did not wish to slaughter such young beings. It didn't sit right with her. But now that things seemed to have come to an end, Yana was happy.
With Yana standing at the side, Ako cried for a good hour before finally calming down. Her revenge was now done, and this place no longer had anything to do with her. She was glad that her Master was here for her, or she might have committed atrocities that she could never live with.

"Hmmm…. I am not sure. While they are frozen like this, I do not think they will die either. Look, the spot you cut open is actually healing. Not healing in the sense that it is regenerating itself but more like time is reversing itself. I think these beings are being slowly devoured and then healed back to their original state. Before being devoured again." Creige explained. From all the things they had discovered about the living status, this was the thing that stood out most to him.
"Then do you think this black stuff is what is causing this effect?" Angelica scratched her head. She held a vile of the black stone she had, with great difficulty, removed from the living statue. She took it from the base near the flesh of the bodies where it would help heal the statue.
"I am not sure you would need to investigate it further. But it seems to have turned into pure stone now." Creige frowned. The black stuff was now flaking apart and turning to dust.
"So it died….. Hmmmm…." Angelica's interest was growing but she knew she only had a short time in this place. "We should probably have Mama set up a large seal on this place. Whatever this thing turns into may end up being able to break out of this mystic realm place."
"We should ask here when we return."
