Chapter 457 After finally finishing up with the seed sowing, Nathalie added, "There's water and fertilizer over there. Just follow the recommended concentration when you mix it, and water the plants for me. Remember, if it's too strong, it'll burn the sprouts, but if it's too weak, the plants won't get enough nutrients." Dominick and Ford wandered over to the bags of fertilizer. Staring at the unmarked plastic bags, they were totally stumped.

"Miss Nathalie, how are we supposed to know how to use this without instructions? How do we get the concentration right?" Nathalie was nearby, gathering flower branches to take to Nathan in the city, and casually replied, "Oh, you don't know how? No worries, I'll handle it." Dominick, scratching his head in frustration, protested, "But there's so much land to cover. If we wait for you to do it all, who knows how long it'll take?" Humbly, he asked, "Miss Nathalie, could you maybe mix the concentration for us?" Feigning ignorance, Nathalie asked, "What was that?" "Could you help us with the concentration, Miss Nathalie?" Nathalie cover, tossed a few handfuls of fertilizer into a watering can, and dusted off her hands. "It's actually pretty simple. But since you've never done this before, it seems tricky." She mused, "You know, in life, everything and everyone becomes easier to understand once you're familiar. If you're not familiar and you jump to conclusions, you might make big mistakes." Dominick, blushing, admitted, "Miss Nathalie, we messed up. We shouldn't have sent you away without hearing you out... please, forgive us." Nathalie smiled warmly, "Get up. Go grab sfruits and veggies for your grandpa. I'll pack up and head back with you." Dominick and Ford were thrilled.

As Nathalie packed, Ford whispered to Dominick, "Ms. Nathalie is kinda stingy, huh? We just didn't let her in the house, and now she's got us working." Dominick shook his head, "If she were truly stingy, she'd have shown us her anger today, or refused to see us. But she's been nothing but kind, giving us a little lesson without making it hard for us, and she helped us out in the end." Ford, not the brightest when it cto reading between the lines, just nodded, "As long as Miss Nathalie isn't stingy, we're good." If the boss married a stingy woman, things would get rough for them.

Dominick and Ford, eyeing the garden full of fruits and veggies, picked a bit of this and that, leaving with a load of produce.

By the tthey left the garden, they were both covered in mud.

Nathalie and Lizzy were already waiting at the door, Lizzy smirking with satisfaction.

"Sis, the two farmers are back." Ford and Dominick froze, realization hitting them. Not everyone working the land is a simple farmer. They'd underestimated Nathalie, assuming she was just a farmwife, and it was a big mistake. en Realizing their error, Dominick and Ford were thoroughly ashamed, "Sis, we were wrong. Please forgive us. We won't be so arrogant again." r BUMS

Nathalie climbed into the carriage, saying, "I haven't said a thing.

Lizzy added with a huff, "That's what you get for looking down of others." Ford and Dominick hung their heads even lower.

Dominick was worried, "This is bad. If Miss Nathalie tells the boṣé, e we're in real trouble. Ford panicked, "What do we do now?" Dominick sighed, "Guess we'll just have to deal with it."
