170 Grievances
Jiang Yao could only gnash his teeth in frustration as he looked at the innocent doe-like eyes in front of him.
While Luo Xiao had matured significantly after being with him, there were still many things he did not understand. As such, Jiang Yao was somewhat resistant to teach these things to the young man too swiftly, as he feared the consequences of ruining his innocence, but at the same time, his devilish side was constantly tempting him to take a bite.
The poor Seventh Demon Prince was always stuck in a struggle between being considerate and acting selfish, and he had to find other ways to vent his frustrations, which had resulted in his frequent visit to the base where his guards were training.
At first, these guards were proud of their value within the Master’s mind, but soon they realized that he had not come to oversee their training, but to beat them black and blue.
Even so, a strange phenomenon appeared at the base. Many wounded experts appeared every day, but none of them complained, as they all slowly understood the benefits of these beatings.
Jiang Yao used them to vent his frustrations, but throughout the battles, he still imparted valuable knowledge to them, so these guards ended up resembling masochists as they scrambled to be beaten, and they even smiled widely after awakening from their comas.

As such, he resigned himself to the sweet torture that he knew would befall him, and he too, began to wonder if he was a becoming a masochist.
Every night when Luo Xiao slept in his arms, he could feel the firm yet slim body within his arms. He could smell the alluring natural fragrance that lingered around Luo Xiao, and he could hear his steady breathing.
.....
Everything around him was filled with Luo Xiao’s presence, constantly tempting his mind and body. Luo Xiao himself did not make things easier, as his body became restless and began rubbing against Jiang Yao in an attempt to find the most comfortable position.
The night was long, but while some were unable to sleep, others rested with a peace of mind.
The following morning, as the sun shone through the curtains, Luo Xiao began to stir. He was only half awake when he noticed the beautiful face of Jiang Yao in front of him.
He narrowed his eyes as he seemed to see grievances within the man’s eyes and felt confused. Why would Jiang Yao look at him like this? This kind of gaze reminded him of a woman back in Jinwei Village who had been scammed by a man.
The man was a traveller and promised her to take care of her for the rest of her life. He made her dedicate her body and all her inheritance to him, but one day he had left with another caravan, hugging young women right and left.
The grievances within her eyes somehow resembled those he noticed in Jiang Yao, but Luo Xiao still felt somewhat confused. He did not feel that he had done anything to deserve a gaze that was meant for cheating scumbags.
Jiang Yao had intentionally shown this expression to see what reaction Luo Xiao would have. He had expected long ago that the young man would not even know what such grievances meant, but he was surprised to see that he did seem to understand.
However, understanding was one thing, but there did not seem to be any self-reflection in his eyes. In fact, he seemed as if he was convinced that he had done absolutely nothing wrong.
Seeing him having such confidence in himself made Jiang Yao feel helpless and amused. His insatiable lust that had wreaked havoc in his body all night also slowly subsided as he looked at the young man in front of him.
“Let us get ready and get some breakfast before we set off towards the auction house.”
Luo Xiao was perplexed when he noticed the swift change in attitude. The sadness from before was instantly dispelled, and the lazy and indulgent Jiang Yao was back.
“Are you okay? You seem to have some rather serious mood swings today.”

Even if he had hidden it away now, the feelings of grievance were indeed true at that moment, and Luo Xiao was not willing to leave even the slightest negative emotion that might disrupt their relationship in the future.
Jiang Yao was also very pleased when he noticed how seriously Luo Xiao was taking his emotions. Even so, he was not going to tell him that his body had been full of boiling blood all night. Instead, he shook his head and lowered his eyes once more.
“I had a nightmare.”
Jiang Yao instantly found a very suitable excuse, and this nightmare was, in fact, one he had dreamt about before, so what he said was not a lie.
“What did you dream about? Can I help you?”
Luo Xiao’s brows furrowed as he worried what could have such a great influence on him to even affect his dreams to such an extent. ????????n????????????????.????????m
Jiang Yao reached out and dragged the young man into his embrace.
“I dreamt that you left me.”
