“You're kidding? You've been nominate?” He sounded in disbelief but in an excited way.
“No, I've been nominated and | am invited to the Gala where they will be announcing the chosen nominee
tomorrow night!” | squeal with excitement.
“I'm so proud of you! | will actually be attending tomorrow night as well. | was asked to help announce the
nominees. Would you liketo escort you?” He asks in a way that tellshe’d like to be a part of this moment
forand | think it’s only fair after his support these last few weeks.
“That sounds nice. Pickup at SP.M?”
“Nothing will distractfrom this night. | promise you, Claire.
