Chapter 163 Dwight Sullivan Preston was stuck in a detention center, only allowed to see his lawyer.
"Where's Helena? Where is she?" Preston shouted.
"Ms. Ember got kicked out of Bennett Manor. She's staying in a villa in the suburbs now. Plus, her account's been frozen, so she can't access any money," the lawyer explained. Hearing that Helena had been kicked out of Bennett Manor made Preston furious.
"It must be that damn Allison. My dad always favored her and would definitely protect her. That bastard! When I get out, I'll make her pay!" Preston blamed all his problems on Allison. The lawyer looked at him, feeling awkward. With the charges Preston was facing, getting out seemed like a long shot.

"Beg Allison? Never!" Preston's hatred for Allison was too deep; there was no way he'd beg her.
No matter what the lawyer said, Preston wouldn't budge, which frustrated the lawyer.
"Mr. Bennett, being stubborn won't help. Do you really want to stay in prison? You should know who you're up against. As long as Mr. Carter doesn't back down, you won't get out!" the lawyer said.
He then showed Preston the latest news, including Alexander and Allison's engagement announcement, which made Preston's eyes light up.
"Go find Alexander and tell him I need to see him. I have something important to discuss," Preston said. When Alexander got the call, he sneered. "He wants to see me? Tell him that unless he hands over the Bishop family's belongings, he can stay put." James was surprised. "He still has the Bishop family's belongings?" Alexander nodded. "The Ellis family mentioned it. After Valencia passed away, he took a box from the Bishop family. It had stuff Valencia always kept close." James got it and passed the message to the lawyer, but Preston stayed silent.
Alexander wasn't in a rush. After getting news about Benjamin, he headed home.
When he saw a table set up on Allison's bed with a computer on it, his face darkened.
"You're not fully recovered yet. What are you doing?" Alexander asked.
Allison smiled and pointed to the computer. "Lying in bed is boring. I'm watching a movie!" Alexander smirked and grabbed a remote from the bedside table. He pressed a button, and a big projection screen appeared in front of Allison.

"Unexplored part? Do I count?" he whispered in her ear, making her ears turn red.
Seeing Allison like this, Alexander almost lost control.
But with Allison still recovering, he couldn't do anything rash.
He handed her a tablet and showed her how to cast the screen. Allison tried it and found it very useful.

By the the went downstairs, the control of the room had already switched hands. When Alexander brought dinner upstairs to eat with Allison, he found her watching SpongeBob SquarePants. SpongeBob's laugh made Alexander's scalp tingle. He never imagined Allison had such a childlike side. "How do you plan to participate in your competition next Wednesday?" Alexander asked while feeding Allison sfruit.
Allison shrugged. "I have my ways, but I'll need your help!" Alexander raised an eyebrow. "Help? How?" Allison blinked and handed him a laptop. "Can you type? Can you code?" Alexander stared at her, feeling uneasy. "You mean, you talk, and I type?" Allison nodded. "Yep, will you help?"
