She picked up the phone again and dialed Tina, “Mr. Burke wants to see Allison. Go upstairs and get
her.”
Tina was surprised, “Allison? She’s upstairs, she’s not supposed to come to the 6th floor this week.” If
she came, and they couldn’t go, wouldn’t they out on their tips today?
Serena knew what her employees were thinking: it was just a few hundreds bucks after all.

Lucian pushed the door open and entered the room, took off his coat and handed it to the waiter. He

The table was already full. A young man stood up voluntarily, “Lucian, here’s your spot. Your cards are
ready”
Lucian glanced at the cards and raised an eyebrow, “These cards are pretty crappy”
Issac chuckled, “But you’re here now, right? No matter how bad the cards, you can make them look
good.”
“We agreed, the loser loses a car James laughed, “Lucian, the two Mercedes you came in tonight, I’m
afraid they’re going to be ours.”
Lucian glanced at the cards in his hand. They were really not good, but he had a smile at the corner of
his mouth, “We’ll see about that.”
“Hey, bring two fruit platters” James said.
“Sure, please wait a moment. The waiter answered.
“Carol, go upstairs and get Allison, you are replacing her Tina said.
“Why me? The tips are so high today, how much can there be upstairs?” The waitress working with
Tina obviously was not willing.

After about two minutes, Allison came out. She looked at Carol, “What’s up?”
“Nothing, you go to the 6th floor, I’ll replace you here.” Carol said.
Before Allison could speak, Ashley immediately asked, “The 6th floor, isn’t it managed by Ms. Serena
this week? Aren’t you and Tina in charge? What are you thinking, asking Allison to work there?”
Carol replied, “What else can we think? Mr. Burke in room 606 asked for Allison. We don’t know any
big bosses, how could we refuse? We have to satisfy the customer’s request.”
Hearing this answer, Ashley grumbled. Allison patted her hand, “Then I’ll go upstairs first.”
“Alright.” Ashley said.
