Chapter 119: Daityas
"What's that?" Punta asked while pointing at the square box next to Aakesh.
"It's a card machine..."
Aakesh then explained about the card machine to Punta.
"Who are you?" Punta asked in response to Aakesh's explanation. Since he had come into the store, everything he had found turned out to be mysterious.
Despite being a Void Forging cultivator, a medium-grade pill could affect him, which is practically impossible because of the power gap. He then found a virtual world where he could do anything without the fear of death, and the world was as true as the actual world, and now, a card that allows traveling from anywhere in the Primal dimension directly to the store.
"Store owner," Aakesh expressionlessly responded.
Punta scoffed and said, "Give me one superior card. The supreme card is way above my entire wealth." He then took out a superior Primal stone from his space ring and extended it toward Aakesh.
Follow on NovᴇlEnglish.nᴇtAakesh nodded and took the Primal stone. The next moment, he threw the Primal stone into the black hole and pressed the superior switch.
A few moments later, a blue card appeared in his hands. The name of the store was written in silver fonts on the top of the card. Below it was a zigzag line that signified the ability to communicate.
There was a difference between the zigzag line of the superior and supreme cards. On the supreme card, the number of curves was higher than the superior card.
"Drop a single drop of your blood on that hole," Aakesh informed as he handed over the card to Punta.
Punta gently took the card from Aakesh's hands as he had spent a great deal of his fortune on it. He then curiously scrutinized it, trying to find anything, but the next moment, he facepalmed himself. How could he even think that he would find something from the product of this store?
He then bit the tip of his index finger and dropped the blood on it. The next moment, a single drop of his blood engulfed the card, and the card turned red from blue, while the name still remained in silver.
After finding out everything about the card from a new memory in his head, he left the store since he was a king and had already spent six hours of his day in the store.
A few minutes had passed when there was teleportation directly into the store. Aakesh didn't have to see who it was, as only three people currently had the privilege to teleport into the store.
Lenna didn't directly go to the portal room, and instead, she came up to Aakesh and stared at him for a moment.
"Store owner, I want to buy one more supreme card," She said after seeing Aakesh not opening his eyes.
Aakesh opened his eyes and expressionlessly said, "One person can only buy one card. Since you already have the current highest grade card, you can't even upgrade it."
"Why are there so many restrictions in your store for buying?" Lenna complained. Other stores wanted people to spend more and more money, but this store acted the opposite. Everything in this store was limited for the consumer.
Aakesh only took a glance at her in response to her question. Lenna scoffed in response to his glance.
She wanted a supreme card for her grandmother since it allowed direct entry into the store. Otherwise, she would have to travel here, for which she would have to make an effort, and being a granddaughter, she didn't want that.
"Store owner, think about it, you can earn several supreme stones from my family members if you allow me to buy them," Lenna gave an olive branch to Aakesh with no hope in her heart that he would accept it.
"No!" As expected, Aakesh bluntly refused.
Lenna took a deep breath after Aakesh straight refusal to calm her angry heart. She, with a scoff, went to the portal room.
Around an hour had passed since Lenna entered the portal when Aakesh heard the sound of footsteps at the door of the store. He looked at the door and saw a familiar face.
Follow on Novᴇl-Onlinᴇ.cᴏm"Senior, is there an empty portal?" Maria asked with a red face.
Aakesh expressionlessly nodded. After getting a yes, Maria didn't wait and directly rushed into the portal room.
Aakesh ignored her actions and closed his eyes while waiting for new customers to come.
Only a few moments had passed when Aakesh heard the sound of several footsteps. He looked at the door and saw a group of six people covered in dark cloaks entering the store.
Aakesh easily bypassed their cloak and looked at their actual faces. A surprised look appeared on his face when he found out the group's real identity.
None in the group belonged to the human race. Instead, they were members of one of the top races of the Primal dimensions, Daitya.
Daitya were a subspecies of the Asura race, the second strongest race of the Multiverse after Devas. Vritrasura also belonged to the Asura race.
Several Epoches earlier, a young Asura fell in love with a member of the Dona race. Since Asuras were the inhabitants of the third dimension, he couldn't stay in the Primal dimension for long, but before he left the dimension, he had a child with a Dona member.
That child was the progenitor of the Daitya race. His name was Vaizcar. Being a direct descendant of the supreme race made him a one-man force in the Primal dimension when he was only a child by Asura or Dona standards.
Daitya's had the same body shape as the humans, but their skin was darker, and they had a horn in the center of their forehead. The taller the horn, the stronger the Daitya was in their clan.
The group curiously surveyed the store after entering it. They were traveling around the city when they noticed the store. The store building gave them pressure, and they couldn't see anything inside the store even though the door was open, so they decided to check it out.
When they entered the store, they finally could see inside the store. As the group noticed the hardwood floor entirely made up of Ashamba, shocked looks appeared on their faces. They then looked at other members and could see their shocks.. They then noticed a blue-skinned man expressionlessly looking at them while comfortably sitting on his chair.
