Master Campbell?

For the tbeing, Austin had changed his appearance and aura so that he could watch the old man from the crowd, undetected.

He recognized the old man immediately.

It was Celestial Psychic Campbell!

He was a legendary figure whose nwas a big deal across the universe.

His flawless abilities to see the past, present and future had made him famous. He could predict everything that had and would

happen between heaven and earth.

However, he had shy away from fand chose to live in obscurity. His whereabouts were unknown. He would only sometimes

appear in places without any fanfare and only to disappear all of a sudden. The truth was nobody had ever seen his face at all in

years.

Austin did not expect to find the old man there.

It made him think of Godwin and his disciple Master Li.

Master Li also had the gift of foreseeing the past and future, but he hadn't received any formal training for it.

His skills were unrefined and were a little rough around the edges.

Austin wondered if the marvelous stories about Celestial Psychic Campbell were true. Could the old man really predict things

accurately?

He sneaked ssurreptitious glances at Campbell.

The old man was soon surrounded by many people. They greeted him and paid their respect.

"Ha-ha! What a pleasure to see you here, Mr. Campbell. I've heard many things about you!"

A golden sedan chair stopped in front of the old man. Its golden curtains were drawn back to reveal a middle-aged man in purple

robes. A colorful halo shone around his head. He stepped off his sedan chair and walked towards Campbell. His voice was full of

enthusiasm.

Austin focused his gaze on the middle-aged man in purple robes.

This was the leader of the Yaksha Palace.

This was the first tAustin was seeing the leader's face.

A bright, radiant sword suddenly appeared cross the sky. It was followed by a man emitting billions of beams of sword aura around

him. He cover towards Campbell to greet him.

His face was obscured by the sword aura around him. This man must be the leader of the Sword Palace.

"Mr. Campbell, it has been a long tsince we last saw each other in Peach Fairy Island. | missed you so much. How have you

been doing?"

Then, a thin old man popped up in front of Campbell. His laugh resonated in the area as he appeared.

He was the head of the Heavenly Palace.

He was one of the most powerful beings in the universe.

Many other mighty figures whose skills were one of the best in the universe also cto pay their respects to Campbell.

Important people in this universe such as the head of the Star Island, the king of the Sky Phoenix Kingdom and many others were

also there. They were the lords and masters of their lands, and yet, all showed deference towards Campbell.

Based on their behaviors, Campbell was indeed popular and influential as the stories said.

"Mr. Campbell, we have been searching for the Celestial Palace for more than half a month. It is said that it might be somewhere

here in this deserted place, but we found no signs of it.

Your ability to look into the past and future is incomparable. Nothing in the world can escape your sharp eyes. Could you please

locate the Celestial Palace for us?"

The leader of the Heavenly Palace pleaded after greeting the old man.

A wave of anticipation fell upon the crowd as they all fixed their gaze on Campbell.

Even creatures from far away turned their attention through spiritual sense to the scene.

The entire universe fell silent. Every single creature waited with abated breath for Campbell's response.

"It is said that the Celestial Palace is one of the dwelling places of the Celestial Genuine Immortal. | cannot get involved in this for

the consequences could be disastrous for me.

| may have the skills to see everything, but | do not welcsuch unimaginable trouble."

Campbell shook his head with a sigh.

"The legends say that the Celestial Palace can be found in a void between heaven and earth.

In fact, it is said that the palace hides behind a magical array.

It is called the Void Array. It was created by the Celestial Genuine Immortal himself many years ago.

No mortal forces can destroy it.

Since violence is not an option, the only way to enter it is by finding the entrance.

Therefore, if you don't help us, the secrets of the Celestial Palace will forever stay in that void."

The leader of the Heavenly Palace looked at Campbell with sincerity while speaking those words in a measured tone.

His revelation shocked everyone.

It was common knowledge among them that the Celestial Palace indeed existed and it could only be found in the void.

However, no one had heard of the Void Array before.

This must be information that only the top leaders were privy to.

"We have been searching for the Celestial Palace for two months! No wonder we cannot find it for it is well-hidden!"

Someone exclaimed, stomping his feet in frustration.

When the news about the Celestial Palace first broke out, many people across the universe hurriedly set out to find the palace so

that they could claim its treasures.

More than two months passed but they never saw signs of the Celestial Palace. It was as if it never existed.

Upon hearing the words of the Heavenly Palace's leader, they soon realized that their search had been futile all along.

"What you said is true, but the Celestial Palace belongs to the genuine immortal. | do not dare take the risk of revealing its

location."

Campbell seemed determined in his decision.

It turned out that he already knew the secret of the Celestial Palace.

Since he had the ability to see everything in the future and past, it was only natural that he also knew the palace's secrets.

"lI understand that you do not want to bring trouble to yourself, Mr. Campbell, but | have an offer to make. If you tell us now where

the Celestial Palace is located, everyone here will give you a share of their treasures as compensation for your services.

And we will make sure that the honor of entering it first will go to you."

The leader of the Heavenly Palace hoped that such tempting offer would be enough to sway the old psychic.

Then, he stretched out his hands and an earthen jar suddenly appeared on them. The jar was tightly sealed but anyone could

sense the tremendous aura spilling from it.

"This jar contains the precious blood of a black turtle who had lived for five million years. Although it is only filled halfway, it is still

very valuable. The blood can extend anyone's lifespan and stop him from aging. It can also protect anyone from any misfortune

that may befall him.

It is said that it may even double anyone's lifespan.

This blood would make sure that anyone who used it would live for a longer time.

Think about it. This holds unimaginable possibilities for people cultivating the martial arts.

And | present it to you, Mr. Campbell."

The leader of the Heavenly Palace handed the jar to Campbell as he spoke.

The whole place becsilent.

Everyone was astonished by what the Heavenly Palace's leader had done.

The black turtle was a legendary beast that was above all the others.

Nobody expected that the leader of the Heavenly Palace possessed the blood of such mighty beast.

Campbell stared at the jar in the hands of the Heavenly Palace's leader. He could not stop himself from being intrigued by such

rarity.

For so long, he had been using his talents to see the past and future, and it had taken a toll on him ever since. Each the used

his power, a few years of his life were chipped away. This treasure would be able to ensure that he could continue living. The offer

was indeed fatally tempting for him.

"Alright. In that case, | will do my best to aid you in your search for the Celestial Palace!"

Campbell took the jar and placed it carefully inside his Space Ring.

"Ha-ha! That's a smart choice, Mr. Campbell.

You will be the first to enter the palace when we find it.

To determine the order on who will enter next, we will each present treasures to Mr. Campbell. Whoever has the best will be next.

The second best will then follow. And so forth and so on. The treasure shall be judged by its value, size and strength.

Mr. Campbell, this is the treasure | present to you."

The leader of the Yaksha Palace burst into a fit of loud laughter after he spoke.

Everybody was dumbstruck. No one expected the leader of the Yaksha Palace would suggest such a thing.

The crowd becrestless for everyone thought that the method was unfair.

If the order was to be determined by the value of the treasures presented to Campbell, it would mean that the people from the

major sects would get in first.

Those from the poorer and weaker sects would then enter it last.

Everybody knew that those who would enter the palace first would have more chances of finding the most valuable treasures. And

the chances of finding more precious items would lessen as more and more people get in.

"It's unfair!"

Someone protested.

The crowd began to show signs of agitation.

In a flash of light, a sword-light descended from the sky and killed the man who protested on the sspot where he stood. The

attack sprayed the man's blood around the area.

"Humph! Who do you think you are? Insects like you have no right going against us."

In the ensuing silence, the leader of the Sword Palace spoke coolly.

It was revealed that it was he who killed the man.
