"What a surprise! | hadn't expected that he would return at such a critical moment." A Steward of the Sun Sect hit a corpse soldier, and hurled the soldier off the peak's edge. A second soldier was slammed into the ground, his right arm severed by the Steward's vital energy force. Then the Steward looked towards the bottom of the mountain.
Ecstasy sparkled in his eyes when he saw the figure who rushed up the peak like a lightning bolt.
The Steward was Murray.
As the crackling noise grew closer, the figure flashing up the mountain slope to the peak emitted a brilliant glaring light. In the blink of an eye, Austin stood in front of them and looked around with a casual expression.
"It's Austin! | can't believe this!" "I know him! He is Austin. He was once the topmost one of outer disciples." "It's said that he has beca legend in the foreign lands where he has traveled. Everyone knows his name..." Many of the disciples of the Sun Sect began murmuring among themselves when they saw Austin's sudden appearance.
Austin had recently been a celebrity in the Violet Orchid Empire, and he was known to all the disciples of the Sun Sect. They were proud that such a famous figure like Austin had cfrom the Sun Sect.
In the midst of battle, everyone's attention was diverted to the magnificent figure of Austin who was wreathed in lightning.
"Austin! You son of bitch! Today, | will break you into pieces to avenge the death of my grandson," an angry scream echoed at Austin's presence.
"Oh, it's you! Jaime! Ha-ha! | just wondered where you were. That's good! We can deal with all that business now, face to face.
You have nowhere to run today, you old asshole!" His eyes burned with killing intent when he looked at Jaime. He could not forget that Jaime's sneak attack had resulted in him going crazy for three years and becoming a moron.

Austin, | could use a young hero like you. If you'd like to join our sect, | promise you the sect will offer you special treatment. And | will recommend you to the rank of Son of the Ghost Sect.
You should know that Son of the Ghost Sect is a superior rank among our sect. And every one of our sect leaders are selected from the rank of Son of the Ghost Sect." Apparently, Seth had also heard about Austin's famous adventures. He coveted Austin's talent and wanted him to join the Ghost Sect.
"Seriously? You wantto be a Son of the Ghost Sect? I'm so flattered!" Austin was shocked at first, and then laughed at himself.
When Theon and the others of the Sun Sect had heard Seth's inviting offer, they becnervous and had worried that the temptation would prove too much.
Seth's offer was really lucrative, and they feared that Austin would switch sides, just like Jahad done.
"He will not agree," Murray said with confidence.
He had watched Austin grow up from childhood, and he knew Austin's personality well. He firmly believed that Austin would never join the Ghost Sect because of an attractive offer.
"Thank you for your kind offer, sir.
But | wouldn't like to stay with people who spend all of their twith corpses.
Besides, | haven't taught you a lesson for your offense to the Sun Sect yet," Austin said with mock seriousness.
"Ha-ha! You want to teacha lesson? All by yourself? You really think highly of yourself, don't you?" Seth yelled indignantly at Austin, whose words had ignited a raging angry fire in his chest.
"Yes! Only me!" "Be careful, guys! You should focus your attention on those evil undead enemies. Don't let my presence here interrupt what you were doing. Let's defeat them once and for all now!" Austin said to the Sun Sect disciples.
Austin's sudden presence had detracted their attention from their enemies.
But the corpse army lacked any individual thought and cared little for Austin's arrival. While the Sun Sect disciples had briefly stopped to welchim, their enemies had closed ranks and still attacked without end.
Sof the disciples, unfortunately, were beaten by the corpse soldiers and corpse generals due to their distraction.
Austin's spiritual sense warned him of this very fact and he reminded the disciples at once.
He didn't want the disciples of the Sun Sect to die in this fight. After all, he had also once been a disciple like them, and he had lived here for more than five years. By association they were his brothers then.
The second Austin finished speaking, he leaped into the air and in a flash hovered beside Murray.
"Be careful! Steward Murray!" Austin swooped in to shield Murray and punched the corpse general who had reached out his poisoned hands towards him.
A corpse general was as mighty as a cultivator at the premium stage of Earth Realm, but Austin's single punch was equal to 30, 000 pounds. He could breezily defend against its attacks without using any special martial arts skills.
Plus, Austin wasn't concerned with miasma. So he swiftly punched the corpse general in the belly and cast the crumpled corpse aside.

"Don't worry about it, Steward Murray! I'm immune to miasma." When Austin saw Murray's concern for him, his heart felt warmed.
Theon and other senior members of the Sun Sect cto themselves at Austin's reminder to the disciples. They drew back into formation and prepared to fight again, and the air once again becintense with vital energy building up.
"Be serious, guys! We need to concentrate on our enemies.
Let's beat them once and for all today!" Austin's presence had, somehow, rekindled the light of hope in Theon's heart. He knew that the Sun Sect had a chance at victory now.
After all, Austin was a cultivator of the Sky Realm. His presence and support strengthened the Sun Sect.
"Ha-ha! | can't believe that this guy alone could possibly turn things around. The Sun Sect has no chance." Seth was surprised to see how Austin's coming had fired up the fighting will in the eyes of the Sun Sect disciples. This infuriated him to his black core. He began activating all of his vital energy force, forming a ferocious ghost in front of him. The ghost screeched sadly and shrilly, making all who heard it cout with goosebumps and fear. An evil wind rolled in as the ghost rushed at Theon and the Elders who fought alongside him.
Meanwhile, as Austin downed the corpse general, his sharp eyes noticed a man in black, who had stayed sdistance behind the corpse general.
He realized that the man in black was the one who controlled the corpse general.
The man in black, however, began to back away in fear. In a panic he thought, 'Austin has discovered that I'm the one controlling the corpse general!’ While the man was still fleeing in uncertainty, Austin leaped into the air and immediately disappeared.
The man was surprised at Austin's disappearance, yet he could not shake the grim sense of foreboding which gripped his spine.
Fearfully he activated his skill and the corpse general rose from the crumpled heap on the ground and cover to shield him.
Meanwhile, he frantically waved the black corpse flag in his hand.
A few seconds later, a dozen corpse soldiers surrounded him, tightly forming a protective circle around him.
