Chapter 1206 Faye's Identity
Lynette was about to say something but ended up keeping it to herself, figuring that she
should compose herself before having a chat with Jenny.
Graham took Lynette back to her room, and Jenny glanced at the mess in the living room.
She rubbed her temples and instructed someone to clean up the place.
As she sat on the sofa, she suddenly realized that Alec hadn't yet arrived. That wasn’t
normal. Usually, Alec would rush over immediately upon receiving the news. Worried, she
took out her phone to call Alec.
The call was quickly answered, and Alec's voice came through. "Jenny, has everything
been taken care of?"
"Yeah, everything has been dealt with, but Eric ran away," Jenny replied. She wondered

As if he could read her thoughts, Alec said, "I have something to deal with in the Faust
family, so I can't come for the time being. However, I've arranged for someone to go
over.”
"Okay, I understand. You take care of your business first." Jenny didn't ask further. After all,
she trusted that Alec wouldn't lie to her. She figured that Alec knew nothing would happen
to the Walters even if he didn't come. Hence, it wasn't unreasonable for him to be delayed
if something had happened to the Fausts.
After hanging up, Jenny narrowed her eyes before instructing her people to start looking
for Eric. She couldn't stop worrying until he was put behind bars.
Alec hung up the phone and looked at the woman in front of him.
"Should I call you Faye, or should I call you Miss Wardley?" Alec frowned, looking at Faye,
who was clad in professional attire.
Everything was unpredictable. He had never imagined that Faye was Miss Wardley, the
daughter of the Wardley family, one of the Ten Elites of Bardoff City.
Faye's expression turned slightly unpleasant as she tried to explain, "Alec, the Wardley
family sent you an invitation before. That occasion was meant to formally introduce me
and my brother's return to the family, but you didn't come."
Alec recalled the invitation. He had indeed made plans to go with Jenny, but that night,
Jenny received a call about Graham's disappearance. She left Bardoff City early the next
morning. Hence, he wasn't in the mood to attend the banquet. After finishing his work, he
went to Bayside City to find Jenny. The Wardley family's event didn't even cross his mind.
"Alec, to be honest, I never expected that one day I would find my biological parents, and
they would turn out to be the Wardleys, one of the Ten Elites of Bardoff City.’

family background, thinking that no matter how good her relationship with Alec was, she
wasn't worthy of him.
However, things had changed. She was currently a young lady from a wealthy family, not
much inferior to Jenny. That was why she mustered up the courage to appear before Alec.
Alas, despite all the time that had passed, she still hadn't figured out what was the
difference between Jenny and her.
"I don't care about which family you're from, but I do have a question to ask you." Alec
chuckled lightly and continued, "To be precise, I want to ask your brother, Anthony. I
should call him Anthony Wardley, right? I'm curious, didn't he sacrifice himself to save me
back then? So, who is this brother you speak of?
