Lynette understood the meaning behind Jenny's words. She smiled and said, ’It's just that
we're both old now, unlike before."

around and looked at Lynette.

dining room. It's time for dinner."

By then, the food had been served on the table. Jenny could easily tell which dishes were
made by Alec. After all, compared to Alec, Graham's culinary skills were shabby.
"Let's eat." Graham came out of the kitchen with the last dish and smiled at Jenny and
Lynette before sitting down across from them.
Alec had also opened the premium red wine he had brought and poured a glass for
everyone. "Today is a good day. Let's have a toast."
"Sure." Jenny nodded. She also felt that it was a good day.
After resolving the matter between Lynette and Eric, Graham didn't have to worry about
her safety anymore. The four of them raised their glasses, clinked them, and drank.
"The wine is good," Graham praised. He'd had a lot of grievances with Alec before, but
what happened in the kitchen just now made him change his mind a bit. A man who could

"Jenny, now that your mother is back, I'm going to take her out to see the world. From now

we are together, it's fine."
