Chapter 585 What Are Your Plans?
Jenny sighed in relief to see her friend still clear of mind. She had been really worried that Stephanie might insist on
continuing to stick by Paul's side despite being treated like a pet. She couldn't stop Stephanie then-it would be her
own choice. Jenny would be no different from Paul if she forced her friend. So really it was fortunate for Stephanie
that she still had her wits about.
They soon landed in Bardoff City. The two women had just left the airport gates when Charles Walker and his wife
rushed to greet their daughter." Stephanie!" they cried.
With tears in her eyes, Stephanie dove into their arms. ’Mom! Dad!"

"I'm your father, Jenny. Don't need to be so courteous." Graham didn't like how her attitude seemed to put some
distance between them.
Jenny smiled but said nothing. Father or not, he wasn't obliged to help her, so she truly was grateful he had.
"Why don't you head home first? I'm sure you have a lot on your plate now after leaving for a week." She didn't
want to hold up his time longer than necessary.
Graham nodded. He was about to leave when he asked, "Will you be home for lunch?"
"Probably not.’ She'd likely be invited for lunch with the Walkers. Plus, she really didn't want to deal with Rowena
and Jolene.
Graham nodded. Jenny was a grown woman now and could think for herself. "Come by for dinner tonight, then."
Jenny agreed. After he left, she waited until the Walkers had finished their exchange before walking over. "Why
don't you guys go back first?" she suggested, noticing a small crowd had stopped to peek at what was going on.
Stephanie's mother nodded. "Yes, that's best, I believe. Come with us, Jenny. I'll make you lunch.’
The couple knew that Jenny was to thank for their daughter's safe return.
"Alright." Jenny had planned to in the first place.
The four of them got into the same car and left for the Walkers' new home. It was smaller than their villa in
Parrington, located in a small town, but it was the best they could afford right now, with Walker Inc still grasping at
straws in the midst of their residence change. Estate prices were higher in Bardoff City, too.
Charles and his wife went to the kitchen to cook while Jenny helped Stephanie with her things. Still, it wasn't much.
Her mother had prepared most of what she needed.

villa had been stress-free, but she had never been happier now to be back home, new house or not.
Maybe it was just the comforts of home that nothing could compare to.
"Don't worry. Paul won't be able to get his hands on you for some time." Jenny lay down beside her. "What are your
plans for now?"
"Helping Mom and Dad with the company, of course. We gotta catch up with you.' Stephanie beamed. She had
decided to really devote herself to her career.
As for romance, she wasn't in a rush.
Jenny agreed with her. She knew that was the best cause of action right now-strengthening the Walkers so neither
Paul nor anyone else could ever threaten them again.
