Chapter 674 Conditions
Jenny was feeling upset when her phone rang. Seeing that Alec was calling her, she
hesitated but decided to answer.
'What's up?’ Because of James' situation, Jenny wasn't in a good mood, so her tone was
naturally not as cordial as before.
Hearing her impassive tone, Alec felt slightly annoyed at himself for making the call. “I
have some information about the Glasses. If you're interested, come and see me."
'Oh, where are you?" Jenny asked.
Alec gave her an address that was in the villa area where they had run into each other.
’Is he asking her to go to the villa where they live together?" Jenny felt resistant as she
considered that possibility.
"Are you coming or not?” Alec felt uneasy when she didn't speak. He had kindly offered to
help, but the other party didn't seem to appreciate it. It seemed like a waste of time on his
part. He wouldn't have bothered to deal with things like these normally. He only did it

After hesitating for a moment, Jenny thought she should be rational. "I'll be there."
With that, Jenny got up from her bed and quickly went to Alec's villa. She was surprised to
find that the villa where Alec lived was not the same one where he had come out with
Blake.
'You live here?’ Jenny couldn't help asking out of curiosity.
Alec nodded. ’Yeah. Is there any problem?"
Jenny shook her head. Even though she had many questions, she didn't say anything in
the end. Whether Alec was living with Blake was none of her business.
"Where is the information?" Jenny cut to the chase right away. Since James ' marriage to
Jolene was inevitable, she should focus on other things that she could do in the meantime.
They needed to take down the Glasses as soon as possible, as that would make James feel
better. Jenny thought having success in work would help to balance out his emotional
distress.
'Why are you so eager?' Alec asked, holding the file with the information in his hand.
Seeing how Jenny was enthusiastic about the information but not really caring about him,
he felt dissatisfied.
However, he quickly came to his senses. Why would he have that kind of thought? He
didn't like Jenny, so why should he care whether she paid attention to him or not? Alec felt
a headache coming on. It seemed that Blake's treatment wasn't working well; it didn't help
him shake off this woman's influence on him.
Jenny took the file from Alec and read through it carefully. Soon, a smile appeared on her
face. Everything that Alec uncovered would come in handy. It contained a lot of
incriminating information on the Glass family, and with this, Jenny was more confident.
Closing the file, Jenny asked, "What are your conditions?"
Alec was stunned for a moment, failing to understand what she meant.
'You're not giving me this information for free, are you?’ She didn't believe Alec was giving
it to her for free. He must want something in return for the information he had provided

Before Jenny asked, Alec had indeed planned to give it to her for free, but now he changed
his mind.
"Why should he give it to her for free?" he pondered.
"After the downfall of the Glasses, I want a share of the pie," Alec replied.
He was too insignificant now. Even though he'd moved his business from Parrington to
Bardoff City, he couldn't be too blatant with the Fausts of Bardoff City around. This
resulted in him being unable to take on many projects.
Jenny nodded, not surprised by his request. ’Aren't you afraid that the Fausts will find out
about us working together?" she asked.
She thought that the Fausts probably wouldn't want to see two families working together
to take over another family, so they would definitely not approve of Alec wanting a share
of the pie.
"I merged my Faust Group with Paul's Wagner Group. Whatever I get from this will be
given to Wagner Group," Alec explained. There was only one Faust Group in Bardoff City,
so when he decided to return to the Faust family, he merged his company into Paul's
Wagner Group.
