Molly knew that it would be difficult to reject their kindness!
'But, this will be good too. I won't overthink at home if I join the party.'
So, she smiled faintly as she said yes.
After work, Lynn brought a few male and female colleagues to a restaurant. They had their lively party

The atmosphere was extremely lively. Molly was suddenly less upset because of it.
Her colleagues were from all over the world. All of them had their own unique background and story. So, there
were many topics to chat about between them.
Molly smiled when she saw her colleagues talking and laughing. But, she did not speak much.
Later that night, she had an upset stomach. So, she got up and went to the washroom.
After she came out, she saw a chubby male colleague, who was wearing glasses, just standing outside the
washroom.
"Why are you standing here? Go in and talk to the other colleagues," Molly stepped forward as she said with a
smile.
The male colleagues still did not move. He stared at Molly as the look on his face changed.
"Ms. Molly..."
He said softly as he gobbled. He looked like he wanted to have a heart-to- heart talk with her.
Molly frowned. She did not think too much about it. She thought he had some sort of problem. So, she worriedly
said, "Are you not feeling well? If you can't drink, you can go home earlier. Just tell them that I allow you to do so."
The man shook his head hastily, "It's not that, Ms. Molly. 1-1 have something that I'd like to talk to you about alone.
"Actually, I've been deeply attracted to you since I first saw you. And, Ms. Molly, you're so young, but you've already
accomplished so much in virology. I admire you a lot. In my eyes, y-you're my Goddess. So, I really like you a lot. I
was wondering if you could give me a chance for US to get to know more about each other?"
The man anxiously said. He raised his hand to wipe the sweat on his forehead, and he looked extremely nervous.
It was very awkward for Molly. This was the first time that someone confessed to her so directly.
And, she remembered that she was not close to that male colleague!

her wrist.
"Ms. Molly, listen to me. I really like you very much. From the minute I met you, I..."
"Let go of me!"
Molly furrowed her eyebrows. She instinctively disliked it when she saw him take hold of her wrist.
Unexpectedly, her male colleague looked like he had found his courage. He did not want to let her go.
He continued, "Ms. Molly, can you give me a chance, please? I really admire you very much! And, I'm
quite good at research. To be honest, my family is fairly rich. I'll make you very happy if you're willing
to be together with me!"
Molly furrowed her dark eyebrows even tighter. The resistance in her became stronger, and she finally
had enough of him. She then immediately shook off his hand!
