Shooting across the now burning battlefield with the goal of finding anything that resembled a large door, Noah made sure to assist his golems in whatever way he could. If they needed more of their kind, then he did that, though still under his budget of 15k SE points.
In total so far, he had spent less than ten thousand SE. Casting five lightning storms each one costing 400SE. Then ten casts of his golems, with each batch costing 1500SE.
Noah wondered at some point if unleashing as many as twenty storms without his golems would have been better, but he dismissed that idea. His golems due to their numbers were able to deal great damage to the forest.
They even expressed abilities he didn't know they had, which was the ability to freeze their environment. Though it remained very limited. To only about a radius of 10m.
'I should get a stat panel for all my skills,' Noah mused sending an icicle beam towards a spot that had fewer golems in it. His attack crashed into the ground and spread like mist, only far faster. In less than three seconds an area of more than 200m in radius turned into solid ice, including the trees.
Noah took the liberty of landing on that now safe spot and unleashing another storm. Mad crackling sounds erupted in his environment, but he was already on his way to the sky and didn't hesitate to create platforms of dense wind on his path.
Thanks to his constantly expanded consciousness, Noah could create platforms for his movements long before he even arrived there. In the area his consciousness encompassed, he was omnipresent.
'Should I just wait till everything dies down,' Noah thought seeing as he couldn't spot anything mostly due to the light of his storms.
He eventually returned to the cliff and watched the destruction he birthed spread. Noah had to be honest that he felt delighted watching that scene. There was something about it that made him relish the sight.
Was it his anger toward the forest for reducing him to so pitiful a state that death was the only way out, or was it something else; Noah felt uncertain. But he couldn't deny the refreshing feeling he experienced, knowing the death of the forest would be his doing.
Follow on NovᴇlEnglish.nᴇtNoah had to wait a bit more than an hour, before everything, or rather most of the activities died down. His storms had long since expended their duration period, and he had even gone out to unleash a bit more, but he had to wait for the sheer fire they had caused to due down.
After the storms died off, the whole forest seemed to come to life again, as flames literally existed in every area Noah glanced at. The immense amount of smoke had contained the poison of the forest, forcing him into the cave, where he spent most of his time.
After the fire had died down to a hospitable point, Noah gazed at the same scene he looked at now.
Blackness. Piles of thick black ash lay in heaps as far as he could see, but nothing moved again. He had succeeded in burning everything to the ground. And due to that, Noah managed to sight the thing he had been looking for.
In a totally random and even unexpected spot lay a tall thin pole. It was situated on the west side of the forest where he had not even thought to look.
Arriving next to the pole while still standing on a platform of air, Noah slid his hands on the ash-layered metallic surface, and it immediately lit up with many magical circles.
The pole suddenly burst into a wave of bright light, that only managed to make Noah flinch, then a metallic snake-headed door similar to the one outside the first floor appeared.
"How was I even supposed to find this," Noah clicked his tongue in annoyance. The door before him was anything but normal. It was what he considered a spacial door since its insides led to a place that wasn't in front of him.

Noah read this panel and closed it to quickly step through the door, with the delight of course. He arrived inside another underground system, and like before, a stairway lay before his eyes.
This time the stairway featured vegetation. Vines existed on the walls around him, and even on the spiral stairs. He found that plants grew out of the very stairs illuminating the flight of stairs with their weird light.
Noah legitimately spent half an hour simply walking. The silence of that place eventually became deafening forcing him into making random sounds that echoed up and down the strange environment around him.
His eyes eventually fell on the opening of a cave-like environment, and he rushed to glance into the spot that would be for his next battle.
Noah peeked into the wide space within the opening, taking note of the vegetation-filled floor and walls. His eyes fell on an expanse a bit smaller than the one he had fought the boss in, and to his mild astonishment, the insides of the place were riddled with all sorts of vegetation.
Vines numbering hundreds filled the walls of the expanse covering them with their green color. His eyes traced the vines to their origin and Noah felt his gaze constrict when they landed on a big mass of vegetation.
It the mass stood unmoving, resembling a heap of thickly bundled vines, and needless to say, the sight confused him greatly.
He sensed nothing from that room apart from the serpents numbering even less than twenty. Twelve to be exact.

"Okay…" Noah muttered wondering where the boss was. His eyes however continued to fall on that aura-less mass of vegetation, and he tried to inspect it, but nothing showed up.
Needless to say, Noah found that event suspicious, and he felt something within him tingle when he termed the mass of plants the boss, even if he didn't know what type of beast it was.
Nevertheless, a few ideas rose in his mind. He had read a few articles concerning beasts with the uncommon Plant elemental affinity.
Follow on Novᴇl-Onlinᴇ.cᴏm'There's no use for all this consideration,' Noah shook his head, sighing heavily before stepping into the expanse. The whole place seemed to come alive.
A bright blue light shone all around him, before dying down. However, the vines on the walls started to wriggle a moment later. A weird sight.
A low but powerful growl shook the entire expanse followed the wriggling of the vines, and Noah watched the mass of plants at the far end of the room begin to increase in height and started gain shape.
In merely a few seconds Noah laid eyes on the figure of a three-legged and two-armed monster made solely out of wriggling vines. The creature's face featured a tree bark that had the features of being hardly ever seen. Trauma inducing.
Its face or rather jaws were akin to three claws, featuring a series of razor-sharp teeth within them. That was the closest thing it had to a proper face. Disgusting.
A deep dense aura exploded forth as the creature revealed itself. Noah felt his instincts ring at that event. He felt danger. One that surpassed the danger he felt from all the level 68 serpents.

[Level: 80]
[Affinity: Plant]
[Title: Mini-boss of the Dishonored Serpent]
[Danger level: N/A]
"I don't like this," Noah grimaced noticing the swirling yellow core at its center.
