[Hollow beast:[Daytime Variant]]
[Level: 105]
[Affinity: [Unavailable]]
[Level of danger: Unknown]
Noah took a second to inspect the figure and truly it was a hollow, only the daytime variant.
It had two distinct differences from its silver mates, which was its color and its incredible movement speed. Noah felt certain that it was roughly as quick as him, maybe even quicker.
It seemed to have the opposite of the silver hollow, but it remained a hollow at its core. An empty vessel.
Noah pushed back on the beast and jumped backward, never taking his eyes off the thing.
The blow had been strong, but it had been bearable. Heck Noah felt certain he was stronger than the beast. But only in terms of strength did he have the upper hand.
'I mustn't get hit,' Noah reminded himself cursing the dungeon for how difficult of a task it had given him. Yet that pointed out another difference between it and the silver one hollows.
Follow on NovᴇlEnglish.nᴇtIts lack of a proper group.
Noah knew that fighting more than two at a time would make it impossible not to get hit. But only one at a time made it possible.
In mere seconds he had noted the outstanding balance the dungeon had in its system: faster hollows but lesser strength and even lone movement.
He had a chance at winning, only if he didn't mess things up.
"It would take a while to complete this though," Noah muttered activating his empowerment and feeling his physical strength take a jump.
He could empower his mind to allow it to process information faster, but since he couldn't move at his usual speed, he would be unable to move his body as quickly.
Thanks to his increased agility and flexibility, however, he still had lots of control over his body and limbs, he only had to find the right balance between how quickly his body could react and how fast he wanted his mind to move.
However, Noah realized that he wouldn't need to find that balance since he felt his mind was unable to go past a certain speed. And that speed perfectly matched the one his body could react in.
It would seem taking away his speed, meant everything quicker than the norm, except his healing.
Noah poured essence into his dagger and released a slash that flew rapidly toward the hollow, but it dodged it and shot towards his figure.
Noah frowned at that turn of events, but he didn't let it get to him much, since he allowed a wall of ice just as wide as that path to spring forth, and the sound of the hollow smashing into it remained muffled due to how thick Noah had created the wall.
His golems came out of the six magical circles that had expanded around him, and their now slightly taller figures were revealed.
Noah felt his wall of ice continue to receive damage by the second, truth be told he had almost expected the hollow to absorb the wall of ice since that was one of their abilities, but seeing as it prioritized destroying it, he made sure to create as much as he could so that they would be capable of holding it down until he could kill it.
More than thirty golems came into existence after the first six, and Noah placed their number at exactly fifty, they would escort him throughout his journey in that lonely place.
A huge crack eventually revealed itself on Noah's side of the wall, and he could tell that only one hit would bring the thing crashing down, so he disassembled the wall to reshape it in a flurry of sharp attacks that converged on the hollow's figure.
The attack had caught it unawares, so it had been unable to stop its absorption, tainting its chest with that icy blue color.
Noah's element was more effective on it due to his higher level, so he could quickly deal with it.
"Go," he muttered and ten of his golems rushed forward, but rather than directly attack it, Noah made them detonate right before reaching it, and once again, it was unable to dodge.
Its body created a pull that made the energy-powered ice converge on its body, but this time it wasn't only his chest that got tainted.
Noah saw its head down till its knees now had an icy-blue color filling its insides.
Before he couldn't properly make out its edges due to how black it had been, but now things had changed.
Noah moved forward at that point. The hollow tried to voice a shout, but its opponent's leg smashed into its face, sending it flying into the wall.
Follow on Novᴇl-Onlinᴇ.cᴏmNoah wouldn't give it a break this time around. His golems followed his lead and began to deliver a flurry of punches on the thing's body.
He didn't let them last too long, however, to prevent an absorption, and when he replaced them, he directly executed the first form on the still stunned beast. Energy had made it slower.
His attacks crushed its head and directly punched holes in its torso.
The hollow soon turned into green particles that flowed towards and into Noah's figure, he didn't advance in level, however, only gaining Exp.
A sigh of relief exited his mouth at that sight and he swept his gaze on the shattered ground around him, then his remaining golems.
"Let's go," Noah ordered creating more until he had exactly 120 golems a bit more than 12ft in height.
That force made Noah feel confident, as he had positioned himself in their middle leading them according to his will.
Thanks to how much he had improved having that many golems under his control only registered a bit in terms of pressure.
His soul island had long since regained its former sturdiness and even improved, so he could withstand far more pressure than before.
His force swept through the many paths of that maze. Since he didn't need to find the center, all he was required to do was find as many hollows as he could and make sure he didn't get touched by them.
Soon killing the hollows wasn't a difficult thing. Finding them was. Only after three days did Noah manage to rack up the number of wins required.
[Hollow's killed: 70/70]
[You have reached the required amount of kills]
[You will now be teleported to the boss room]
A green light washed over the area after those panels appeared in Noah's eyes and he couldn't help but shut his eyes to allow the teleportation take place.
