After the Lightning Titan realized that his Soul Shard from the City of Trials had created the perfect Lightning God's Fist and that his Soul Shard had begun to create more techniques, he was over the moon.
The Lightning Titan's bad mood had dispersed at once and he released a tremendous amount of mana and lightning at the same time. His domain, or what was left of it, shook violently.
When the bolts of lightning exuded from the body of the Lightning Titan reached the lightning storm sphere, it flickered once before everything returned to normal.
"So…you're my student? I taught the Undying, not bad…not bad at all…you're quite powerful as well… and both your Undying trait and this Flame of yours are quite annoying!!" The Lightning Titan laughed out loud, which caused Dilan to sigh deeply once again.
"...I should have continued beating you…a little beating in exchange for enduring your behavior…"
Dilan spoke to himself, not caring whether the Lightning Titan heard him or not. However, the Lightning Titan didn't even listen to him. He was too baffled about the true extent of his technique, the perfect version, of course!
'I should have waited before inserting the details of the technique in his mind…next time I will give him the memories only after I've explained everything…will there even be a next time though?'
Follow on NovᴇlEnglish.nᴇtDilan sat down on the ground and he watched the Lightning Titan test the perfect version of his technique. Instead of wasting his time trying to convince the Lightning Titan that it was time for them to team up and beat the shit out of a few more suitable allies, he took a look at the Divinity Messenger.
'They seem to be doing fine…Some races chose to join us and they continue to spread out their feeler to search for more suitable races to join us in the fight against the Ancient and Primordial races.
With the Lightning Titan and a few more Gods at his level it shouldn't be too difficult to stall my opponents a little…but won't they destroy Milarn if things go south?...just why is everything so frustratingly annoying?!?'
He ruffled through his hair and lay down on the ground.
Accessing his storage ring had survived far more than Dilan had anticipated from that small ring, he retrieved a memory shard.
This memory shard was much larger than the other memory shards he had. Dilan had inserted his memories with his friends of the City of Trials, including the Lightning Titan, and other memories about Hoert, Nial, the prophecy, his family, and his beloved.
It showed the dangers of the Universe, what Dilan sacrificed to end up as the person he was right now and what he had to protect.
Other than that, it showed the current situation in Milarn, the content of the Mystic Mission, and what they were planning to do.
Basically, everything one had to know was stored in the memory shard that had the size of Dilan's head.
He threw it toward the exhilarated Lightning Titan, who halted in his tracks after a few seconds.
"I came to you not only to repay my debt but also to ask you for help. The number of Veils will continue to increase, and I'm searching for allies so that I can use the Primordial Ascension's chosen planet to create my True Divinity. The Universe's Fate gave me this opportunity but many of the old blood don't like that…as you can imagine.
I am stronger than other Gods, which is also because I got my hands on a Divine Relict but I don't have a faux Divinity. I'm in possession of a mutated Divine Essence Crystal, who has a Flame of the Beginning inside. I obtained that Flame of the Beginning after I devoured a sun…but that is something you can also see in the memories.
Take a look, you're also in it!"
Dilan sounded rather nonchalant but the Lightning Titan turned serious. Seeing himself, or rather his Soul Shard in the City of Trials was not something one should take lightly. He would see himself doing something he had never actually done, or had memories about. He would also meet himself meeting other people and talking to them without having left his domain for more than ten thousand years.
The Lightning Titan swallowed his saliva and he looked into the eyes of Dilan Cier, the young human, whose willpower had defeated his own by far.
Dilan was certainly the strongest when it came to a fight of attrition, that was for sure.
Follow on Novᴇl-Onlinᴇ.cᴏm'He is confident that everything will be fine. His will is the strongest and he is ready to give his all…if I cannot even look at my Soul Shard, how will I be worthy to even look into this human's eyes?!'
The Lightning Titan grasped the memory shard tightly as he inserted his mana inside. He entered the memories which Dilan had stored in the memory shard.
Meanwhile, Dilan got up from the ground and stretched his body, and looked at the Lightning Titan.
"Once you're done, you'll probably support me…that will help a lot!"
Dilan expected that the Lightning Titan would take a while before he was done watching the memories.
The Lightning Titan took his time slowly watching through the memories inserted in the memory shard. It took almost two days before he wa done and he sighed deeply when everything was finished.
"Looks like I'm quite happy over there," He mumbled and Dilan nodded his head.
"I thought so as well. In that case, you should work hard to make sure that you can live a happy life here as well, don't you think so?" Dilan pointed out and the Lightning Titan nodded his head.
He stretched his body and reached out with his hand. His body grew in size until his head nearly hit the lightning storm sphere.
"I don't think that I will need this anymore….it's time to bring the storm to the battlefield!"
What followed suit was a thunderous rumbling and darkness.
On this day, the lightning storm sphere disappeared.
