Once Isaac opened his eyes, he saw the expedition team gathered around the Archaeologist. He was currently rubbing his hand on the soil with his eyes closed.
"Mmm… Hmm… Humm…" He let out a weird sound every five seconds and became quiet again.
Isaac stopped next to the Medic and whispered, "What is he doing?"
The Medic's round eyes were looking at the Archaeologist with fascination. Then, she turned her adorable face toward Isaac and had a slight pink hue on her chubby cheeks.
"Archaeologists have a special stat called Clairvoyance that allows them to see things others can't."
Isaac nodded and stored his purple ticket in his inventory. It would be tragic if he lost it.
Shortly afterward, Lather opened his eyes and said, "Something is hidden here… It isn't far."
Kizone nodded and motioned for everyone to start moving. They began walking, and half an hour later, they reached an area with a thick mist.
The Forest of Unknown was relatively dark already, and the mist made it even darker. They had to move forward carefully while following Lather, who had his destination mapped out.
Suddenly, Lather came to a stop. Kizone raised his arm, and everyone stopped behind him.
"Hmm…" Lather moved closer to a nearby tree and rubbed the bark. Then, he pressed a precise spot, and it looked like his hand got sucked inside the tree!
Kizone grabbed his sword's handle and took a step forward. He was ready to help Lather if needed. They can't afford to lose their only Archaeologist. He was already very expensive.
Clung! Clung! Clank! Clank!
Isaac perked up his ears and thought, 'Gears turning?'
Follow on NovᴇlEnglish.nᴇtThey could hear the sound of gears turning. It seemed to be coming from the underground.
Lather removed his hand from the bark and turned to the right. The ground began to quake, and soon, an underground path appeared from the soil!
He grinned and looked at Kizone, "This might be it."
Kizone's mouth curved into a slight smirk. He unsheathed his sword and began to walk forth. Everyone followed after him, and soon they started walking down the steep slope.
The Mosin-Nagant Sniper Rifle appeared in Isaac's hand. For some reason, Lather walked behind him, like he was using him as a meat shield.
Soon, they reached the end of the path. There was a room with a Knight's statue.
There was a scent of moisture in the air, and the cracks around the mushy walls were filled with crawling insects. The ground below them was soft and wet.
The Knight Statue had signs of cracking apart. Half of its face was ashen-colored powder, while only the left side of the face was still intact.
Ding! Ding!

[Title of Adventurer Increases the XP by 300%!]
[1000 -> 4000 XP Earned!]
"Ah, fuck!" Kizone cursed aloud. He sheathed his sword and rubbed his forehead with evident annoyance.
While everyone was disappointed, the only player with Knight class in their expedition team saw this as a chance. He began to search the room throughout.
Everyone else was watching him, having no intention of searching for themselves. The Knight searched every nook and croon, even breaking bits of the statue, thinking that maybe something was hidden inside.
Ten minutes later, The Knight broke the statue into pieces while letting out an enraged shout, "F*cking hell!"
Kizone grabbed his shoulder and said, "You will find one eventually."
The Knight's bloodshot eyes disappeared. He took a deep breath and nodded, "Yeah…"
'Was he trying to search for Legacy?' Isaac thought to himself. He also looked around the room, but it didn't take long for him to come to the conclusion that the room didn't have anything.
They left the underground place. Once they reached the outside, Oxwell opened his interface after receiving a message.
He skimmed through the message, and it didn't take long for his eyes to sparkle in excitement.
"My friend sent a message that there was an Expedition Team that found the pathway. Now everyone is gathered there!"
Kizone whipped his head toward Oxwell and shouted, "Is that true?!"
Oxwell made the holographic screen visible and spun it around so that Kizone could see.
He carefully read the message. After he was done, he unsheathed his sword and said, "Everyone, let's hurry!"
This time, it was Oxwell who walked in forth. His friend sent an image of the map that showed where they were.
Only short five minutes later, they reached a place on a spacious mountainside. The area was surrounded by small hills and very open land.
Next to the largest mountain wall, a giant statue with a shield and knight was proudly standing. There was a name written on top, God Zephyros.
Isaac recognized the name, 'God of Spring…'
Follow on Novᴇl-Onlinᴇ.cᴏmKizone stopped. In front of him was a ten-meter fall. He looked around for a path that led down and soon found one. Then, he noticed a sea of players gathered in the open land.
Even with hundreds of players, the open land still looked very spacious.
There were loud discussions, and every eye was locked on the statue. Kizone narrowed his eyes before widening in surprise. There was a path right in the middle of the statue's legs.
He rubbed his beard and began to think of ways of entering the pathway first.
Isaac was still examining the statue. His excellent eyesight managed to see something. In the sculpture, there were words carved.
[Spring Realm]
[Brown is correct]
"Eh?" Isaac was now confident that it was the pathway to the second realm. But, the second text was rather odd.
Oxwell stopped next to Kizone and looked around the open land. Soon, his gaze was locked with his friend, who waved at him.
He returned the wave with a chilly grin. Oxwell glanced at Kizone and felt hate rising inside him. Then, he saw the white-haired youth and felt his veins boiling in anger.
In front of the statue, multiple expedition groups were deciding who should enter first. The first team that found it had already entered, but they died almost instantly!
No one was thick-skinned enough to go first.
Then, out of nowhere, a loud scream appeared.
"Player Wraith is here, famous immortal. He should go first, isn't that right?!" The one who shouted was Oxwell, who grinned wickedly.
"Idiot, what are you doing?!" Kizone snapped at him but only received a scoff from Oxwell.
Every eye was locked on Isaac, whose face was not looking good.
