Tonight I didn't have to worry about the amount of hours I slept, but my night is short and restless because we both miss our Mate. Luna Hester is staring daggers at Mandy and I get this feeling she has been causing trouble ever since she announced she is carrying Gibson's Pup. "Alpha Brad, can you sign this document for me? I want to start traveling once we are done at the Place, maybe I will find my Mate somewhere along the way." I say as I hold out the paper he needs to sign.

Alpha Brad signs it without hesitation and I put it in my bag after he has handed it back to me, not that I will need that piece of paper. I just don't want them to know I already found my Mate and I can't wait to see the looks on their faces when they realize what will be walking out of the door.

Beta Fred will stay behind while the rest of our leadership will be at the Palace, Mandy grabs Gibson's arm to drag him to the SUV of Alpha Brad and I see Elinor, Kali and Sammy get into Kali's SUV. Dad and I get in his SUV with Slater and Bellona, both of them wanted to ride to the Palace with us and Dad toldit would givethe chance to tell Slater about Deimos.

Going to the Palace by SUV takes longer than on foot and once we are on the road I turn to face Slater, "1 found my Mate." I tell him as I look into his eyes. “You can't tell anyone, there are only a handful of people that know about it and who know who he is. My Mate is Deimos." I say and a huge smile crosses his face.

Bellona and Slater promisethat they will keep their mouth shut and when I tell them about the night I took out the last Pack they are laughing their asses off, that is until I tell them why Angelo doesn't want the responsibility of being a Royal Pack. Chapter 45 Taken Out 64% Finished We talk about the last two and a half days of the competition and they are in stitches when I tell them about by little payback on Eryx. "Can we move to the Palace, Slater? I don't want to miss out on anything your Sister is going to put those males through." Bellon asks and I see Slater shaking his head profusely.

When we reach the Palace the guard informs us that we are the last Pack to arrive and as we ride down the last stretch to the Palace I ask Dad why we are the last one to arrive, "I night have written down the tincorrectly." King Alwin and Queen Axelle are waiting for us next to the double doors of the Palace entrance and both. of them refuse to greet Donovan and Gibson, a sign that they are very displeased with both of them. Mandy seems to be oblivious to the situation and keep talking to Queen Axelle as if they are best friends, something I know she doesn't like.

As the King and Queen walk into the Palace Mandy tries to step next to Queen Axelle, but Luna Hester grabs her arm to yank her back, “Remember your place Mandy. You will follow your Alpha and Luna into the meeting room." Luna Hester scolds her before she pushes her towards Gibson.

Slater and Bellona have already gone to the Throne room to join the members of Little River Pack, their seats are a bit further to the back but a few feet above the rest of the seats. Every Pack that wasn't in the competition will be in the stands around the Throne room, they will have a great view of every Pack on the floor.

I walk into the meeting room with Alpha Brad and Luna Hester right besideand right behind us are Elinor, Kali and Sammy, Donovan, Gibson, Mandy and Dad are the last ones to step into the meeting room. Every Pack in our Kingdom is present and they are represented by their current and future leaderships, I glance towards Slater who has a huge grin on his face and I see Dagda standing right next to him, when our eyes meets he places his hand on his neck. I know exactly what he is implying and I look for Luke among the competitors, he doesn't look to happy.
