She wasn't expecting Frederick to send Chet to pick her up. She was slightly embarrassed, knowing that she had thrown a tantrum at him, yet he was concerned with her arrival in Casterwich City. "Alicia, what are you talking about? It's my pleasure to be here for you." After he handed her the breakfast, Chet placed her suitcase in the trunk then proceeded to send her back home. At the front door, he also rang Frederick to inform him that she was safe.

She felt like a child as soon as she stepped into her house. The people around her were very concerned about her well-being. She noticed a rare sense of happiness within herself at that moment. She left for work after she changed her attire and tidied herself.

She was in a good mood that day. Although she was busy at work, she was still energetic. She wasn't exhausted at all despite being occupied.

Before she was done for the day, she made a call to Freya. She prepared sfruits and snacks, as well as an emerald bracelet that she had reserved for herself before hurrying over to Lovely Scent. After the two were done with their meal, Alicia then brushed her teeth and put on a pair of gloves to help out at the store.

The store had sflowers delivered that day, but they weren't prepared yet. Seeing that there weren't many customers, Alicia brought out the bracelet.

"Aunt Freya, I know you dislike gold and silver, and you also don't like fand wealth, so I thought this emerald bracelet would be suitable for you! I found someone who made it just for you. Do you like it? It's been a while since I've given you a gift after coming back for such a long time." The sparkling bracelet was clearly unique. Freya fondled the bracelet a few more times before she stopped and said, "Alright!" "Please wait for a moment, Aunt Freya. Letgo settle the flowers!" Alicia hummed as she walked inside towards the sofa. She also fiddled with the pair of scissors in her hands. Over at the counter, Freya had sorted out the account books. She also packed up the finished products from the last few orders, then pasted a butterfly knot label on them.

The store had no customers at that time. The two of them were simply busy with their own work. Occasionally, they took a break and chatted with each other. Tpassed peacefully...

After Freya was done sorting out the books, she raised her eyes and noticed Alicia fiddling with the flowers. Alicia had a serious expression, yet her posture was elegant and beautiful. She was undeniably glowing under the lights, and she seemed more graceful than the flowers themselves.

Once the coffee was brewed, Freya handed Alicia a cup of it. With a rare quiet smile on her face, Freya said, "Have a cup of coffee and get srest. The flowers seem to be well- handled. You almost made them into a work of art! Are you in a good mood today?" "I guess I am." After placing down the scissors, Alicia went to wash her hands first. Her eyes were shining bright, and they were full of sweet tenderness. She giggled, "I went to Lesterdam City yesterday, so..." While drinking her coffee, Alicia bit her luscious lips as if she was a girl who had just fallen in love.

Upon hearing this, Freya laughed as well, "No wonder you're so cheerful today! Ally, do you really love him that much?" Gazing down, Alicia spoke while pouting.

"I think so... Back then, he used to have a bad temper, but would still spoil me. Yet now, he's more accommodating with me. We had an argument yesterday. I was stubborn at first but he still caround and complied with me. I can gladly say that he's the best man I have ever met!" The happiness on Alicia's face couldn't be concealed.

When she heard those words, Freya hesitated for a bit, but she still maintained a smile.

"That's great to hear! I always knew you would find your happiness, but you should never be too willful. Being gentle is our greatest weapon as a woman. If you find someone who cares deeply for you, then you should definitely cherish him..." Before Freya could say anything else, Alicia's phone, which was on the table, suddenly rang. The call was from Frederick. Freya turned around and left on her own as soon as she noticed it. Alicia simply answered the call calmly. "Hubby?" Frederick was relieved to know that she had safely arrived through the call. "Are you done with your work yet? When will you be coming back, Frederick?" She asked.

Although she just cback from velmeeting him not too long ago, she genuinely missed him. She wasn't certain if it was the fact that she wanted to discuss her aunt's situation with him, or it was something else that was on her mind. Subconsciously, she longed for him, and this feeling was particularly stronger this time.

"Are you not mad atanymore? Err...The earliest would be tomorrow night, while the latest would be the day after tomorrow, but I'll definitely be back soon!"
