Chapter 911 Victoria opened her eyes when she heard the flower bouquet falling on the ground. Glancing at it, she nudged him and said, "The flowers..." Trevor held her waist and continued to kiss her passionately. He ignored her questioning tone and asked her instead, "Do you think that I've been neglecting you recently?" He had been a little busy in the past few days, and they hadn't been enjoying squality ttogether. He wondered if someone had swooped in and tried to court her during his absence. "Oh, so you're feeling guilty now?" Trevor's question pleased Victoria and she giggled. She flung her fair-skinned arms around his neck and stroked his hair fondly.
"There must be a reason that you boughtflowers. Are you going to stay with Elaine tonight?" Was this why he chere so that she wouldn't make a fuss about it? Victoria didn't know whether his words were true or an excuse to be with Elaine behind her back. In fact, she did care about things that happened between Trevor and Elaine, but she had her own principles on their relationship.
A relationship without feelings wouldn't last long. She chose to believe him because she needed to develop feelings for him and also work through their marriage with him. One could be cheated for a while but not for her whole life. Victoria knew that for now, she should be reserved about her feelings towards him.
It would be best if she could make their relationship end up well. If not, she had no choice but to accept it. Trevor somehow felt her disappointment. He pinched her face and said, "Do you really think that I'm being nice to you for a purpose?" The moment of their first encounter suddenly appeared in his mind. That was probably the most impulsive decision he had made in his life.

With a smile on his face, Trevor kissed her forehead as he comforted her, "Vicky, you're my wife and my woman. She is nothing important!" Elaine was just a pawn in his gfor making money.
"She could distract other's attention away from you. Just ignore all the rumors aboutand her. It's a pure waste of tforto deal with her." Trevor kept holding Victoria's hands and gently pressed his lips on them.
"Vicky, don't care about others. Actually, I'm here today to ask you out for dinner. I wanted to make it a surprise..." "But it seems that you're givinga greater 'surprise'!" Trevor said mockingly and gave her a stern look.
He should have known that this would happen! She poked his chest and said after a dry laugh, "You men are all the same, still wanting an affair even when you're in a relationship. Don't be so mean towhen I want to do the same!" Trevor wrapped his arms around her and hugged her tightly. His chin touched hers as he said, "You're too hard to get. Nobody dares to handle you except me. Tell me, which one of them is foolish enough to approach you?" He would kill whoever dared to touch her! Victoria giggled and replied, "Aren't you a little too arrogant?" At the end of the day, he only wanted to find out who was trying to court her.
She picked up the flowers and sniffed them, then exclaimed with pleasant surprise, "My favorite!" Even so, she didn't mention anything about her secret admirer.
She smiled cheekily, thinking that it was a good idea to be a little improbable.
"Aren't you here to askout for dinner? Let's go now!" Victoria turned around and placed the flowers in a big vase. She pulled off her working apron and tidied up. Trevor's eyes followed her every move with a loving look on his face. He glanced around the office and saw bunches of pink tulips in. vases of various shapes and sizes at the bedside and corners. Sof them were withering while swere blooming. None of those bouquets looked like the one he gave her. They were obviously given by someone else.
How did he not notice her admirer? Someone was chasing his wife and yet he had been busy plotting his plan. He was too careless! At this thought, Trevor grasped Victoria's waist tightly as she approached him.
They gazed at each other with a smile, then he slowly took her bag for her and they left the office together. They had a wonderful meal in a specialty restaurant. Both of them were very satisfied when they walked out of the restaurant and had enjoyed themselves to the fullest. Victoria looked very cheerful as she held Trevor's hand in hers. Walking side by side with him reminded her of the times when they had been passionately in love. Just as she was immersing herself in this romantic ambiance, the phone's ringtone snapped her out of it. Victoria paused her step and was startled for a few seconds. A cold voice cto her ears, saying, "You sure have many business calls. It seems that you're much busier than I am." She had at least three phone calls during the last few hours.

Buyan ice cream and I shall be finished when you cback!" She urged him as she pointed at the ice cream vendor nearby. Soon, she pressed the answer button and greeted her client. "Hi, Vivian, it's me..." Although he was reluctant to leave Victoria alone, Trevor still went to the vendor as he was told.
"One ice cream please." "Which flavor do you want?" "Uh..." Trevor stood blankly while taking out his phone. The staff laughed upon seeing the handsman in front of her. She explained
"Sir, we serve ice cream either in a dessert cone or in a box andπ m comes in many flavors. You can buy of a single flavor or mix a fed them..." The staff pointed to the menu at the side as she spoke.
Trevor frowned and felt a little lost. He didn't know which flavor was Victoria's favorite.
He told the staff after thinking for a short while, "I want the most expensive ones, one of each flavor." Meanwhile, Victoria walked to a quiet corner as she was talking over the phone. When the call ended,
someone who looked familiar cinto her sight. He was carrying a e large shopping bag while exiting the supermarket. Inside the bag were all kinds of colorful toys and baby supplies. The woman next to him was wearing a maternity dress. Seeing the two of them talking and laughing together bothered her very much. Holding her phone, Victoria felt a tightness in her chest. Anthony?
Those dim memories flashed through her mind. She felt the air flew inside her lungs like razor blades and she could hardly breathe. Closing her eyes, she pressed her hands over her chest.
