Willy noticed what had happened as he glanced inadvertently. He turned and ran up to her immediately. "Laurie?

What's wrong?" Lauren said, "It hurts, my stomach..."

Hearing her weak whisper, Willy's face turned pale instantly. "It's fine, don't worry! I'll send you to the hospital

right away!"

Willy picked her up, then ran all the way to the car. They drove straight to the hospital, and sent her right into

the emergency room. By the tWilly returned to his senses, seeing the door of the emergency room being

closed, he couldn't even remember how he went all the way there. He wanted to take out his cell phone, but he

realized that his hands were so numb that he couldn't even grab hold of it.

After waiting for stime, the door to the emergency room was finally opened. Willy rushed forward and said,

"Doctor!"

"Are you a family member of the patient?" the doctor asked.

"Huh?" Willy was stunned.

He was in a daze for a short moment, then cto a realization that he had done something stupid. The doctor

couldn't help but to roll his eyes at his sudden pause.

"Did you not know that she was pregnant? If she had arrived a little later, her baby would've been gone! If you

don't want a child, you should use protection. If you want a child, then you should be more careful! You

youngsters don't take your health seriously enough! You should know that whatever you do now will affect your

health largely in the future! If you don't watch out when you're young, it might be even more difficult to get

impregnated when you actually want to be!" the doctor lectured. "I got it, we'll keep that in mind! Doctor, how is

she? Is she all right?" Willy asked.

Seeing that he was dressed formally, and that he had a courteous and respectful attitude, the doctor began to

calm down.

The doctor said, "We've already given her first-aid treatment, she's fine now. She's still in the early stage of her

pregnancy, so we won't suggest using medications to prevent a miscarriage if nothing is getting too serious. We

In the ward, Willy caught sight of her pale complexion and skinny figure, and finally realized how terrible he was.

They hadn't met for only a few days, but she looked obviously more languish and weary.

He knew that she was having a tough life, yet he still looked for trouble with her. He really didn't know what had

gotten into him.

To be honest, he was merely unhappy with the fact that she was with another man, and he just wanted her to

return to him!

He sat next to the bed, and held onto her skinny hand. It felt extremely fragile, as if he could break it if he

grabbed it a little more forcefully. At the thought of that, Willy felt melancholic.

"If you didn't throw a tantrum, | wouldn't have chased you away," he said.

She was glad to accept the kindness of others, but refused to accept his kindness the sway. Did she think

that he was going to poison her? Why wasn't she willing to ask him for help? She was pregnant with his child, so

She was doing it subconsciously to protect herself!

Willy felt his heart ache, and pulled the blanket over to cover her well. Then, he sat on the bedside, so that she

could feel the security by leaning on him.

Sure enough, Lauren, who was constantly fidgeting before, started to calm down in a while.

After a night of being in a daze, Lauren struggled to wake up, but she felt as if she was sinking while trying to

stay afloat in the deep ocean, and she just couldn't wake herself up.

In a trance, she caught sight of a

blinding light, and finally opened her heavy eyelids. She found herself in an unfamiliar environment, and

everything around her was a glaring white All of a sudden, she noticed the fanned arm around her, and realized

that she was lying in Willy's arms. At that moment, he had one of

his arms around her neck as well.

The memories of the past few days gushed into Lauren's head, and Lauren's heart was once again filled with

fury. She glared at the arm in front of her, and gave it a big bite. You b*stard! You horrible b*stard!

Willy groaned, "Mmmbhh..."

Being awakened by the pain, Willy couldn't help groaning and opened his eyes, only to see someone biting onto

his arm like a puppy. It hurt a lot, but Willy couldn't bring himself to withdraw his arm.

Seeing that she had the energy to do so, he felt even happier than winning a lottery.

He took a deep breath, but didn't make a sound.

Perhaps it was because his arm

muscles was very toned due to exercising, Lauren found it extremely difficult to bite him. Her cheeks began to

hurt after a while, but she rarely had the chance to be so close to him, so she vented all heranger on biting him.

Lauren bit into his arm with all her might, as if she wanted to tear a piece of meat off him.

While she was biting, she was mumbling at the stime, as if she was trying to say something.

"I'll bite you to death, I'll make it hurt so much..." she muttered.

She finally loosened her grip as she began to feel tired, and lay back onto the bed. Due to the intense activity,

she panted slightly afterwards, but tried to cover herself with a pillow After giving it a thought, she realized that

it didn't seem right, so she buried her head into the pillow, and kept her arms below her to protect herself, with

only her back facing him.

Looking at the bruised and slightly bleeding bite marks on his arm, Willy couldn't help shaking his head. He

reached out and patted her head as he chuckled.

"Are you worried that I'll take revenge now? Why are you acting like a coward after biting me?" Willy said.

Lauren hid deeper behind the pillow and pretended not to hear him. Regardless, she felt much better after

venting her anger!

Willy raised his hand and gave her a soft slap on her butt. "You should sit up, you wouldn't want to suffocate

yourself! | won't hold a grudge against you! Are you hungry? Is your tummy still feeling bad?" Her tummy?

As the two words entered Lauren's ears, she sat up immediately. "My baby, is my baby gone?"
