“No. | never planned on doing that.”
“I want to be named... by you.”
“You want a name. I'll nyou Daemon.”
“Daemon,” he repeated. “I like it.”
That had been the first nthat popped into my mind; it was still a translation of the word ‘demon’. | watched
him smile, and | wonder if there could be more to him.
“And for my offer. | know what you want. You need a way to get rid of the darkness in you. You want your wolf
back, and | can help you with that.”
“How could you possibly do that?”
“| can't. But your father can,” he said.
