Tears streamed down my face as | stared at Daisy's lifeless body; her eyes were still open, frozen in shock.
“Why would you do this? She did nothing to you!”

fire had already been set to warm the house; it all seemed a bit old-fashioned.
“What do you think?” | flinched when I noticed Daemon by my side. “Nice, right?”
“Where am 1?”
“At my place.”

“I told you, you know nothing about me, and yes, | do have a place.”
