The man in the gray-blue suit stood tall, his face indifferent.
A few high-ranking company officials trailed behind him, whispering about some merger deal.
Emily stood off to the side, murmuring, “Mr. James!”

“I know.” Charlie answered, then promptly pushed open the door to the president’s office and walked in.

Once Charlie went in, Emily let out a silent sigh of relief and quickly headed to the copy room to photocopy
documents.
Tracy, with today’s work plan, went to report to Charlie. Remembering Charlie’s praise for yesterday’s coffee, she

“Anything else?” Charlie asked, looking up
“Nothing else; meeting in half an hour. Tracy replied gently, then respectfully left the office.

Charlie glanced at her coldly and asked, “Is she my assistant or yours?”
Tracy immediately replied, “Of course she’s Mr. James’s assistant
“So, my word doesn’t count?”
Tracy dared not say more, quickly saying, “T’ll notify Emily right away.
