"Are you Ivan?" Ivan flashed a smile. "Yep, that's me. Flora recommended us. Just let us know what you need done, and we'll take care of it as quickly as we can. But keep in mind, we're still students, so we can't stick around the office. If it's cool with you, we can work from home." They were just there to lend a hand, not officially Gale Corporation employees.
That was their agreement with Flora: help Aisha finish the robotic simulation project, and she'd join them in a computer competition.
Watching them chat happily, Gregory and Nathaniel frowned deeply.
They had thought Aisha was just bragging, but to their surprise, the people really showed up. Were these really top students from the University of Maple Grove? Could it be that Aisha just found srandom people to fool them? "Are you all students from the University of Maple Grove?" Nathaniel couldn't help but ask.
Ivan glanced at him and nodded.
Follow on NovᴇlEnglish.nᴇt"Do any of you have your resumes and diplomas?" Nathaniel was still skeptical, thinking they might just be fillers brought in by Aisha.
"We haven't graduated yet, so no diplomas, just student IDs." With that, Ivan opened his backpack and handed his student ID to Nathaniel.
Nathaniel quickly took it, glanced at it himself, and then respectfully passed it to Gregory for inspection.
The official seal on the student ID was irrefutable...
So, they really were from the University of Maple Grove's computer science department.
Gregory clenched his teeth, his eyes dark with thought.
His niece...
Really was something else.
First, she got to know people from Club 257 and Stonnell International, and now she's managed to bring in so many students from the University of Maple Grove to help. She had always been in Cedarvale; when did she build such a network? The faces of several shareholders looked quite displeased.
It had taken them nearly a decade to find just two computer science students from the University of Maple Grove, yet Aisha quietly brought in such a large group.
It was quite the slap in the face! However, they were somewhat relieved that Aisha's recruits were still students with little internship experience. Otherwise, they really would have no excuse to insert their own people into the mix.
Catching Gregory's glance, Nathaniel quickly spoke up again, "Gregory, the people you've brought are indeed impressive, but since they are still students, they lack experience. I happen to have two graduates from the University of Maple Grove's computer science department. Their practical experience is much more substantial than those you've brought. Taking them in would certainly be of more help to you." It was all an excuse to plant their own people close to Aisha.

"Yes, these kids are still studying, a bit too young. Unlike graduates, they have a wealth of practical experience. It's better if they stay with you, Gregory." "It's settled then." With that, they made their decision.
They didn't notice that two of the University of Maple Grove students turned pale when they saw Ivan and the others.
Then, looking at each other, they stepped forward, facing Gregory and Nathaniel, and slow said, “Mr. Gregory, Nathaniel, we are not suited for this job. We... are not in the sleague as them." They sighed.
"The people Gregory has brought are the geniuses of our University of Maple Grove's computer science department. We simply can't compare." X
