Bang!

Slayer returned to the Fantasy World, collapsing into a mountain in a hurry that he flattened in response, ignoring the natives living there that were crushed like ants.

He got up from the crater and groaned, only feeling safe in the security of the defence provided by the Fantasy World. Currently, there were hundreds of worlds within the universe where the Fantasy World was situated.

Each Profession controlled a few of these worlds, being empowered in response. The stronger their development, the more robust the fate of the Fantasy World became. And the greater this growth, the harder it became for even Zaira to affect the timeline or foundation of this world.

In his home ground, he had the confidence in resisting any enemy. Moreover, Slayer had been carefully affecting the neighbouring universes, causing them to be affected by an element of chaos that he carefully extracted from one of Mystique's worlds.

This element of chaos was very weak, but it acted as a seed that sprouted chaos throughout these universes, gradually corrupting the natives into creatures bound by insanity.

Over time, these universes continued to develop as Slayer carefully introduced more elements of chaos there. Thereby, he created a shield of universes protecting his Fantasy World's universe.

Since the Astral Network was no longer in these universes, the only way for the Systems to invade his world was to break through the shield of chaos universes.

It would cause a lot of casualties as the Systems would be infected and corrupted by these elements of chaos. So, unless Zaira wished to go all out in a life-and-death battle against him and suffer untold losses, he would be safe.

To create a home that acted as a fortress had been his goal from the very beginning. And of course, having such a fortified home allowed him to rampage beyond through the universe-hopping teleportation points only accessible to him.

Once he rested and recovered from the shock, Slayer brought Anak with him and arrived at a world under Technocraft, "This is our first target."

"This…world?" Anak frowned, "Isn't this a scientifically advanced futuristic universe? There are thousands of developed worlds in this universe. How is it even possible to bring them all under me?"

"There's a way now," Slayer grinned and unleashed suffocating energy, saying, "Follow my lead and gain control. You'll be wielding this power in the future. It's very convenient for your expansion of power."

Grade 3 Core Skill—World Spirit (Level 286)!

Immediately, the foundation of the universe began to slowly change. Using the countless Professions under him, Slayer determined the most efficient method to introduce Spirit Energy into the universe. And as a result, six months later, the universe began to produce Spirit Energy.

There was an immediate change in the power balance of the universe as new races that evolved rapidly thanks to Spirit Energy made an appearance while the old races that couldn't adapt to Spirit Energy much gradually waned in strength.

The condition for a universe to be part of the Cultivation Genre was to simply have abundant energy in nature that could be cultivated by the natives upon relying on their bodies.

And as it happened in large numbers, the universe shifted genres and fell under Anak, immediately causing a major shift in his power balance.

This universe was just newly created, but it already had a foundation that ranked second under him. If not for the primary Cultivation World under him that was heavily invested in by Slayer forming his core, Anak would have changed already.

This world was already conflicting with the other worlds, but thankfully, his reigning collective consciousness was still stable.

"How are you feeling?" Slayer asked in concern, "Is the foundation too much for you to handle?"

"I need some time to adapt, but I'm still stable." Anak said, "The core world supporting my existence has too fragile of a foundation. So, the moment we take in two more worlds on this level, I might implode."

"Take your time and strengthen yourself to the limit. I know you're capable of excellence." Slayer said, transferring part of the World Spirit's power to him, "Get accustomed to wielding this power. Once you master it, I'll transfer more of its authority over to you."

"One day, you'll fully wield this power. That's when you'll become unstoppable as Immortal."

"I understand," Anak nodded before asking, "But, what about Arak? Can his growth keep up with mine?"

"That's impossible," Slayer said, "The potential of Immortal is the second highest in the multiverse. From the beginning of time, there existed Immortal and wielded absolute power. I came to understand the true extent of his power in the war previously."

"The power of cultivation is absolute and ever-growing." Slayer said, "In contrast, the power of Martial is severely limited. Even at his height, he would at most rank tenth among the Genre Representatives, the weakest that could unleash a Genre Representation."

"Wait, even the potential of Immortal is only second in the multiverse?" Anak was shocked to learn of this fact, "Whose potential is first? Is it a Concept Representative like Truck-Kun, or Zaira?"

"Zaira will one day become the most supreme existence in the multiverse. But no, her potential pales in comparison to even Immortal. At most, she could be on par with Immortal, but that's it." Slayer stated solemnly, "As for a Concept Representative, they can never wield absolute power."

"A Concept Representative is vastly inferior to a Genre Representative, even if the amount of power under their disposal is pure and hence is greater than the mere dregs usable for Genre Representatives." Slayer said, "Even if there is an entity Representing the ultimate concepts of Time, Space, and even Fate, they pale in comparison to this entity's potential."

"Do I know this entity?" Anak asked, "If someone that scary exists, how come the Systems have grown to such an alarming level?"

"Ohh, they exist and are pretty active, you know." Slayer laughed, "But not once had they gone all out or even employed a fraction of their true power. You can say that they have the power to destroy and recreate the multiverse with a single thought."

"Someone that terrifying exists?" Anak was frightened, feeling a blow to his confidence, "Then, what's the use of growing strong? Won't everything become meaningless if this entity takes action?"

"Yes, everything will be rendered meaningless if they take action, but that will only happen when they are triggered into action." Slayer sighed, "Which is why even Zaira avoids them like the plague."

"W-Who is that?" Anak asked, "Are they a Genre Representative?"

"Yes, you're right." Slayer nodded solemnly, "They represent the Pandora's Box that must never be opened, the absolute harbinger of madness, one feared as the multiverse's Reset Button."

"It's the Genre Representative, Mystique."
