Hiro smiled in satisfaction after Noah complied with his request to use the items he had just bought from the merchant.

Noah’s current appearance didn’t look like an elve at all because on his forehead there was a unicorn horn. He used the long hair wigs of the ancient nobles to cover Noah’s pointed ears. And to cover the man’s eyes, Hiro forced him to wear a pair of sunglasses.

Noah not just looked like a bloodline of the demon, but he even looks like a totally different person.

“Well, with that being said, I think it’s safe for you to come out upstairs.” Hiro muttered very confidently.

Noah just snorted in annoyance. After all, this was for the sake of his mission. He actually felt lucky that Hiro was willing to help him get this far.

Next, they had to go to Sathanas.

The two of them went up the stairs and out of the tavern, which was very quiet while the sun was still blazing in the sky. Even the visitors could be counted on the fingers.

Hiro rushed out of the Tavern, and they arrived at one of the town plazas.

Noah was astonished at the eerie and deserted view of the city. No NPCs walking outside in the morning. Only the bloodline of the demon players were passing by.

Hiro covered his face and head with the hood of his robe. He didn’t want to stand out because nowadays, many people knew him even with just one glance.

Even in the world chat, his name was still often discussed by players who were very active in the world chat. Some thought that Hiro just pretended to be WynterRain’s younger brother, but some of the players really believed in Hiro’s statement.

Hiro remembered from his conversation with an NPC demon while he was doing a light quest. The NPC demon that he couldn’t remember the name of was a follower of Sathanas. And the demon had mentioned that Sathanas never left his shipwreck._.

Meanwhile, Noah had to face the same two monsters. He almost lost 20% of his health points due to the bite of one of the monsters, as well as the spear that managed to pierce his left hand.

“They are very fast but weak.” Hiro muttered, helping Noah pull the spear stuck in his hand and let Noah use his healing skill to heal himself.

The two of them walked again, and finally, they found a staircase leading to the top floor. Hiro decided to go upstairs and Noah thought the same thing. Generally, the boss would be on the floor opposite to the floor the player first entered.

A deep, booming sound reflected by the floor in that place made Hiro reflexively look at the figure.

No notification appeared, indicating that the monster in front of him was a monster to fight. However, a name bar above the top of his head that Hiro had to look up at also showed who the man was.

“The King of Wrath.”

“Sathanas?”

Hiro didn’t expect that he would be able to find Sathanas so quickly. His feelings had already turned bad after seeing the demon form.

“You came with Lucifer’s son, but you came to see me…?” The monster took the form of a human, an old man with a gigantic body full of muscles and a thick beard. His body was greenish, just like the monster of the dead pirates.

“A blessing. That’s the thing that I want from you.” Noah said after he managed to get rid of his tension. His voice sounded haughty as usual.

“A blessing?” The King of Wrath arched an eyebrow.

The man still looked relaxed. Hiro actually felt strange because the conversation that was going on sounded very normal. Shouldn’t Sathanas be so grumpy?

“You think I am your ancestor? You’ve sneaked into this city and you’re asking for my blessing? You think I’ll give it to you?” Suddenly, the mood of the giant man changed drastically.

Hiro and Noah could hear The King’s heart beating very clearly, as if it was their own heart.

His heart rate increased, but then it decreased again. Noah swallowed hard.

“Well, you’re really great at not being caught by the guards. I’ll give you a present instead. And I will punish those guards.”

Noah looked at Hiro expectantly. A faint smile appeared on his lips. Meanwhile, Hiro felt that it was too easy.

“You became the second elve to meet me in this place.”

“But I’m not that generous, elve. If you want to get your reward, my blessing, you must entertain me.”
