Little Miss Devil: The President's Mischievous Wife
Chapter 312: Good Morning, DarlingShen Yi woke up the next morning, amazed at the fact that it had been the best night he ever had for a long time—even if it had only been a week since Lu Xinyi moved to Silver Leaf. He knew the reason he slept so well last night was that he had her to lay with him.
His arm stretched to reach for Lu Xinyi, and he smiled when he felt her body next to his. With his fever now gone, he realized that he had forgotten to discuss something important with her. He quietly slipped out from the bed to take a shower.
Lu Xinyi woke up and found her husband missing on their bed. She sat up and looked around before groaning. Shen Yi was nowhere in sight, but she could hear the shower going in the bathroom, meaning he was up early again and preparing for the day.
Groaning again, she laid back on her bed and grabbed her blanket to cover her whole body. It was the weekend; her free day to spend with him and do as she wished. She wanted to sleep more, but with Shen Yi starting the day early, she could not leave him alone without breakfast.
Several minutes later, Lu Xinyi was back into slumber when the shower turned off. She was startled when Shen Yi pulled the blanket on her form. With sleepy eyes, she sat like a cat disturbed in her sleep, rubbing her eye with her knuckle and yawning big.
"What time is it? It's still too early, dear," she mumbled.
She tried to blink away her sleepiness when her eyes landed on her husband's almost naked form. Lu Xinyi almost drooled when she gawked at his chest as rivulets of water dripping down his torso.
"Wake up. We're going to meet someone today." Shen Yi replied, but his eyes took in her scantily clad form. The nightdress she used last night was very… revealing.
Noticing his stare, Lu Xinyi grinned at him. "Do you like it?" Lifting one of the straps of her thin dress.

Lu Xinyi moved forward and ran her hands from his waist up to his stomach and pectorals. Shen Yi was forced to hold his breath as his wife touched his body. His hand found her waist while the other began to reach under her flimsy nightdress.
Lu Xinyi whispered before placing a kiss on his cheek. "It seemed that Little Yi also missed me." Her eyes glint with mischief.
Shen Yi made a small groaning sound at the back of his throat at his wife's seduction. She was getting good at this.
"Xinxin, we must get ready for our meeting." His voice sounded like he was fighting to rein his self-control over her. His eyelids lowered dangerously.
Lu Xinyi could see the hint of desire on his eyes.
"Damn all those meetings. I'm already ready for you." She turned her face on his shoulder and ran the tip of her nose on his skin before nipping on it. There was a sudden spike of heat between her legs that she only felt when she was intimately close with him.
Shen Yi's groaned again in frustration before slamming her wife back on her bed and running his hands all over her body. Lu Xinyi wasn't surprised by his action; she had already anticipated it. She felt a little startled but thrilled. He was hovering on her, with his erection prominent, as he pressed it on her thigh.
"Good morning, darling." She teased before he kissed her fiercely.
Good morning indeed.

for visiting.
"I'm not at fault here. Who's the one who seduced me on her bed?" Shen Yi moved behind her. His arms wrapped around her waist and leaned his head down to kiss her cheek.
"Don't be angry." His arms pulled her closer. "I really forgot about it."
Lu Xinyi laid her head back onto his chest. "You're impossible sometimes, President Shen."
She closed her eyes as he continued to kiss her.
"I'm not angry. Just annoyed that I couldn't prepare ahead."

An hour later, the couple arrived in a luxurious restaurant that was situated inside of a hotel near Silver Leaf. Thankfully, they just arrived on time before the elevator opened, revealing a woman that could pass as a famous actress with her stunning beauty.
Shen Yi stood from his seat and welcomed the woman. He didn't touch her or greet her warmly, which Lu Xinyi found odd. Didn't they have a good relationship?
Follow on Novᴇl-Onlinᴇ.cᴏmLu Xinyi smiled politely at the woman when Shen Yi introduced her as his wife. The woman cast her a quick glance before giving Shen Yi a slight nod. She sat across them and opened the menu with her slender fingers.
Lu Xinyi couldn't find the right words to speak to her mother-in-law who was sitting regally across her seat. If she thought the Shen brothers were utterly breathtaking with their handsome looks, she'd never thought that her mother-in-law would surpass her expectation.
Zhang Jingwei, Shen Yi's mother was beautiful as Lu Xinyi assumed her to be. Lu Xinyi's first impression was she could pass as her husband's twin sister. If Shen Yi would have a girl version, his mother would most likely get the title.
On that thought, she squealed inwardly as she realized what their daughter would look like if she took her husband's attractive genes! She was sure she would have a field day playing with their daughter if that happens.
Zhang Jingwei was truly a beauty. She emitted the same aura as her son. Their facial expressions and the shade of their hair and skin were almost the same, especially when she curls her lips into a small smile.
If she was honest, Lu Xinyi would say Zhang Jingwei was the perfect lady one could expect coming from a socialite family.
This made her wonder what caused the divorce between her in-laws, and why both the Shen brothers never dared to talk about her during family occasions.
Zhang Jingwei scrutinized her, giving a blank look before turning to her son.
"So you really married a Sun princess? I swear the Shen boys have really a thing on the Sun women," she said in a delicate voice but devoid of anything but contempt.
Lu Xinyi knitted her brows, not understanding what Zhang Jingwei meant. Had she met her other relatives before?
"Mom…" Shen Yi warned in a low voice.
"Relax, I'm merely stating the obvious." Zhang Jingwei burst into a round of laughter. It sounded like little bells ringing in unison. "Don't take it personally,"
She leaned on the table and rested her chin on her palm.
