She has truly lost her mind for wanting to invite him over to the Zhang house, when she was very clear of the hatred her father had for him.

Hatred he didn't know the genesis of.

She was truly bored, or she wouldn't have come up with a ridiculous idea that would immediately send her father into provocation.

What happened to being in his good books?

She couldn't even last a second.

"What can I do? I have nothing better to do," Zhang Liling admitted.

Well, she was only joking to get some reaction out of him.

Regardless, she would like him to invite him over to her Zhang house, but that would be later when the time was right.

From his workplace to his villa, Fang Bingwen was on the same call as the person over the phone had no intentions of ending their conversation.

From taking about the renovation of Zhang Renshu's study, they moved over to her business and down to personal matters between them.

Although Mr. Fang was tired out from work, he wasn't disturbed about the call with her. In fact, he enjoyed it.

Agate speaking with Fang Bingwen, Zhang Liling immediately started to contact numbers of the people that would help bring her idea to life.

She was so lucky to have him in her life as he could so easily solve her problems with just a tap of the phone.

After making reservations for tomorrow, Zhang Liling went into the kitchen to request for a bowl of fruits, walking over to the terrace to sit, where she found Zhang Xiaoling drinking a glass of wine.

Not bothering to greet her, she sat on the egg chair, leaving her to occupy the chaise lounge by herself.

Tilting her head to the side at the sounds of approacjing footsteps, Zhang Xiaoling's gaze followed her until she sat on the we chair.

Frowning, she couldn't help talking to her. "You are invading my space, can you leave?"

"Huff..." Zhang Liling scoffed. "Did you by any chance reserve this space, or did you pay for it while the building project was going on?"

"I came here first, that's all that matters. Are you here to disturb my peace just like everyone else?" Zhang Xiaoling replied without tearing her gaze off her.

She couldn't help but to think that way as normally, they would both try to avoid each others space.

After having people bugging her about having a child, she couldn't rule out the possibility of Zhang Liling coming for the same matter or something else.

Zhang Liling rolled her eyes. "You are thinking too much. I don't have your time."

"Rude bitch!" Zhang Xiaoling cursed under her breath, not caring if she heard it or not before turning away whilst seething in rage.

Although she heard her cursing her under her breath, Zhang Liling chose to ignore her. The only reason she was not going to say anything about that, was because she didn't have that kind of time to exchange words with her.

"Why didn't you tell my father about seeing me at the Fang family's mansion?" she asked.

Thinking about it now, Zhang Liling seemed to have remembered that her father would have started his scolding from the time she appeared at the old Lady's birthday party instead of Black L'Intense launch.

Even though he didn't grace the occasion, she was sure that Zhang Xiaoling would have mentioned it to him, but she didn't.

And it's just now that she was discovering it, making her to so badly want to know her reason.

"You said you didn't come to disturb my peace, what are you doing now?" Zhang Xiaoling asked while glaring at her.

She was avoiding answering that question because she didn't owe her any answer. Also, she could get back at her sharp tongue.

A deep sigh escaped from Liling's lips as she looked away from her.

'You don't want to answer? Leave it then...'

Just then, a servant brought over the bowl of fruits she had requested and handed it to her while trying to hide the surprise of seeing her sitting in the same space with Zhang Xiaoling .

Taking the bowl from her, Zhang Liling glanced at the bowl with about 5 different fruits mixed in it.

There was red grape, cuts of green and red apple, watermelon, and pineapple in the bowl.

Picking up her fork, she stabbed a red apple cut with it before sending it into her mouth.

Instantly, a smile rose to her face. "The dash of lime is enough, you can go." She said to the servant waiting at the side.

This was the very reason the servant was still waiting. Just in case she needed an extra lime, she could go back to the kitchen to fetch a cut of lime.

Zhang Liling spent the rest of her evening at the terrace eating a bowl of fruit while sourcing for more ideas for her brand launch.

As for Zhang Xiaoling, she left when she was done airing her mind.

The next day, Zhang Liling left the house to start with her little project.

She visited a few interior decor stores to pick some items before going to a paint store to choice the colour of oil paint she wanted.

After shopping for a bit, she went out for launch before returning to the Zhang house to begin work immediately.

By the time she arrived, the things she paid for, had already been sent over.

Going straight to the store where everything was kept she had a good look at them to confirm the items she ordered before going to speak with one of the servants.

"The painters will soon arrive. Send them in and call me." She instructed before leaving for her bedroom.

At least she had to freshen up before they would come.

The only reason she was having some peace, was because she was basically the only family member in the house at the moment.

She doubted that Shi Wenqian wouldn't dare to step in her way if she was around.

Several minutes later, work started in Zhang Renshu's study.

Everything he had there was moved to another empty room on the same floor, so there could be another space for the painters to work.

Fortunately, repainting the room didn't take much time.
