At around 3:00 am, Rainie gathered her things and left the hospital ward despite her still recovering body.
When his calls did not go through, Nash recalled the tdifference and realized it was probably the middle of the night for Clint.
Thinking that perhaps Clint was busy with something else, he decided not to disturb him any further and followed Theo into a limo.
The interior of the limo resembled a small bar. The windows were practically sealed, and the inside was lit with ambient lighting.
There was even a long cushioned seat and a variety of beverages.
Nash could not help but be impressed by Theo's luxurious taste, feeling dazzled by the setup. Theo then ordered his men to drive
them to a hotel.
"Aren't we going to thepany?" Nash asked, surprised.

Theo retrieved a glass. He also handed one to Nash and then let out a small burp, smiling mischievously. He leaned in close to
Nash and whispered, "I didn't just bring you here for business.
"I've already informed the board members about your arrival. They know you're our honored guest. Let's put work aside for now
and have a proper wee party for you first."
Nash did not argue and just looked at the cocktail in his hand. The deep blue drink, bined with the colorful ambient lights, was
quite enticing. He placed the cocktail on Theo's round belly and spoke with a serious frown.
"I appreciate the gesture, but like | said, let's keep it quick. Skip the reception. | had something on the plane, so I'm not hungry."
"B-But this..." Theo understood Nash's point. Despite his intentions to treat someone he respected to something nice before getting
down to business, he realized Nash was serious about keeping things efficient.
"I get your point. Getting to know those in charge will also helpassist you," Nash said, leaning back on the soft, fortable
seat as a wave of fatigue washed over him.
"But I'm quite tired now, so..."
"But, boss, the shareholders’ meeting... Everyone is already there," the driver replied hesitantly.
"Tell them we'll meet tomorrow. Have them go back for now!" Theo said firmly even though this left his subordinates in a tough
spot.

Theo understood the assistant's predicament and snatched the phone. He flipped through the contacts and said, "Alright, I'll
handle this."
On the other end of the line, the branch manager's voice cthrough, sounding a bit panicked. "Hello? Mr. Skye, when will you
arrive? The shareholders are all here."
Theo coldly replied, "Tell them we're noting today. We'll meet tomorrow."
"Huh?" The branch manager was taken aback, unable to believe what he was hearing. Theo's words left him in disbelief, and the
wrinkles on his aging face seemed to deepen.
"You heard me, right? I'll be hanging up now," Theo said curtly.
