Picking Up Beautiful Girls In The Post-Apocalyptic World!
Chapter 368 Hello, Father.Han knew that he needed to find out what Paladin is trying to do! It could be dangerous for everyone in the temple if I just let him go here.
Han started to float in another direction and Gretha became confused. Weren’t they going around the celestial plane? Han said he wanted to see the other dimensions, so what is he trying to do? Gretha didn’t know that Han was moving towards Paladin since she couldn’t feel his power and she didn’t know that Paladin, Tibet, and Yggrain were looking at them so she had no idea that Han was going towards Paladin. She looked in the direction that they were going and she realized that this is the house of the leader of the Xian! Was Han trying to meet Taurus’ father? Why? What could he be looking for with the leader of the Xian? Did he want to reveal himself!?
Gretha asked Han what they were going to do at the leader’s house and Han hummed. He didn’t even know that he was going toward the leader’s house. Han was just following Paladin’s power signature that he felt a long time ago! Han told Gretha that he was going to meet someone. They would continue their journey after Han meets this person. Gretha was still confused but Han assured her that they would be fine. He would just meet this person and talk for spoke time. It is important.
Gretha was reluctant, but she still agreed and nodded her assent. It was dangerous to go into the leader’s house since he is the only person that will surely know if Han didn’t behave exactly like Taurus. Tibet is Taurus’ father and it will be easy for Tibet to notice any difference in Taurus’ behaviour. But since Han was so sure they would be fine, she would trust him.
The both of them flew towards the peninsula where Paladin was having a meeting with Tibet and Yggrain. Han flew down slowly and he landed right outside the door of the mansion. Once he touched the ground, there was a feeling of calmness that surrounded him and his system brought up a new notification.

Oh, so they drew an array over the entire peninsula? That’s crazy. I feel like the increase in my Qi is making my entire body lighter. If I cultivate here with the new technique that the system gave me, won’t I be able to increase my level infinitely? Well, I shouldn’t be surprised. This is the leader’s house, so this much is expected.
I don’t have time to cultivate. I have to go and meet Paladin before my time limit passes. Han walked into the peninsula and he saw a long hallway that was taller and wider than a house. He walked forward as he followed Paladin’s signature and he finally arrived at a door at the end of the hallway. Han immediately opened the door and looked inside. He would have taken a few seconds to calm himself down, but he knew that they would become suspicious if he did that. This is Taurus’ home and Taurus would never be nervous about walking into his own home. If I start behaving like I don’t know this place, they will figure it out immediately. I can’t forget the sort of people I’m going to meet. They are celestials that have lived for billions of years so it is almost impossible to fool them.
Once Han opened the door, he saw three pairs of eyes staring at him. Tibet, Paladin, and Yggrain all watched curiously as the door opened slowly. Once they saw Paladin, Tibet’s eyes lightened up in joy. His son was back so he was very happy! Tibet could sense a great power coming from his son and he was shocked! Is this the effect of training down in the temple!? What an amazing aura! He should be a Saint at least! Don’t tell me that my son has surpassed me!
Han blinked calmly as he looked squarely at everyone. He only offered them a small bow before he walked inside. This was how Taurus would normally behave so Han has to perform perfectly. Taurus would only show the minimum respect to anyone around him, so Han would do the same thing. Han could see Paladin watching him from the side and Han gave the man a stare that was just as intense as the one he was receiving. After a while, Paladin finally looked away and Han spoke.
“Father, you have guests. Maybe I should come back some other time?”
Han said this to Tibet, but Han knew that Tibet wouldn’t agree. His son just returned from a Fifty-year training trip and you think he will just send me away!? Nonsense!
“No! No! We were just talking! Come in son! Tell me about your training. I can sense a great amount of power in you, is this the result of your closed-door training?”
Han nodded his thanks as he entered the room. Gretha entered with him and she kept her head low as she went to one side and stood beside the wall. She had no right to be involved in the conversation here and she could only stay silent as she watched everyone in the room. She noticed how everyone was looking at Han and she hoped that Han wouldn’t give away his secret. When Gretha entered the room, she was shocked to see that Paladin was there as well. Everyone in the celestial plane knew who Paladin was and he was one of the smartest celestials alive! Gretha thought that they would be caught immediately after they entered, but Han was able to keep his cool even though he was in front of Paladin! No one even noticed a single thing! Gretha hoped that things would continue like this!
Paladin was sitting silently and he watched Taurus move towards Tibet. There was something that Paladin noticed once Taurus entered the room. Once Taurus walked through the door, there was a millisecond where Taurus looked towards Paladin with an intense look. Paladin noticed it subconsciously and he immediately started at Taurus to see if he made a mistake, but there was nothing else to make Paladin suspicious so he didn’t pay it much mind. It could have simply been because Taurus was shocked that he saw me here. I know that he left the celestial plane years ago to train in the temple. I wonder if he even remembers the last time we met five centuries ago. Taurus and Paladin met for a short time five centuries ago when Taurus was still much you get, but Paladin was sure that Taurus wouldn’t remember it. Paladin had a photographic memory, so he could remember everything that he has ever seen, but not all the celestials could remember everything like him. Maybe Taurus didn’t even know him anymore.
Han moved past Paladin and Yggrain and he finally sat down on the right side of his father. Yggrain smiled once Han sat down. Yggrain was happy that Taurus was now here, at least his presence will reduce the tension in the room.
“Home hasn’t changed that much from when I left, father. I am happy about that. I saw some of the disciples training when I came in and they have improved quite a lot as well,”
Follow on Novᴇl-Onlinᴇ.cᴏmTibet smiled and nodded solemnly. He increased the training requirements for all the disciples and they all started to train harder to meet up to his expectations. But all that pales in comparison to his son’s improvement!
“You have grown to be a saint my son! Forget about the subjects and tell your father all about your travels! I am truly impressed. I thought you would be in that temple for a few more decades at least before you come back but you were able to return this quickly! Maybe I should start sending more of our best students to the temple so they can also train and become stronger!”
Tibet was already trying to think of ways to use this new development to his benefit but Paladin cleared his throat and drew their attention back to him. Tibet narrowed his eyes as he turned to Paladin and Paladin spoke.
“All of your plans will be pointless if we don’t deal with our collective problem first. I’m sure you know that someone is preventing us from entering the temple. I’m sure that even Taurus won’t be able to go back to the temple now that he has come to the celestial plane. We have to deal with this issue first,”
Tibet looked towards Paladin and he was about to speak, but Han beat him to it.
“A problem? What problem?”
Han showed an expression of genuine confusion to make them believe he was curious. Han wanted to know what the celestials really think of him.
