Kana walked with her family over to their new home in high spirits. She hugged Creige's arm with a smile so big it was reaching her ears. "You look very happy."
"Why wouldn't I be. I can be with my family once again. Do you know how much I have missed you all? Do you know how many times I have dreamed of seeing you all? How many times I wished for nothing more than to be by your sides?" Kana lower lip quivered. The times she was close to death, she would only think of her family. How she couldn't die. How she had to beat her opponent in order to reach the place her family would be.
Follow on NovᴇlEnglish.nᴇt"Mm… I know…" Creige's smile froze as he realized he had said something wrong. He could only hug Kana tightly in his arms. He knew more than anyone else that Kana had a huge burden placed on her shoulders. Everything relied on her being able to make it to the sea of stars from another universe on her own. Creige did not know how many years it would take her to start from scratch and make it to the highest realm of this world to finally escape. For her to see all of them again, she had to work the hardest.
"Mama…." Yana and Rain both joined in on the hug. Kana felt warmth spreading across her body. She knew now that everything was truly real. It was not a dream. It had been days, and her babies and handsome husband were still here. She only needed to reach out with her hand to be able to touch them.
"Sorry. Let's go in." Kana smiled with tears in her eyes as she slipped out of everyone's tight embrace.
The group walked into the immortal cave to find that it was truly a place fit for a large family. The first floor had enough rooms to house Aoi and her other elementals, while the second floor would house her babies and grandbabies. Kana had never actually expected such treatment. She would have been fine camping out in the woods with her family. All that mattered was being with them and spending time with them.
"Hmmm… I think I can set up a small array to keep any spiritual qi from escaping the house. I will place the giant spirit stone that I have found on the second floor." The second floor also had one large room that was kind of like a common area. Kana planned to place the large spirit stone in the middle of that room. This way, they could all sit around it and cultivate.
She wanted to give her family the best cultivation conditions as it would help them all quickly progress. It was just that…. "I will need to go to the treasure pavilion and get the items needed for arrays."
Follow on Novᴇl-Onlinᴇ.cᴏmKana only knew how to make a small gathering array. It would encompass the entire immortal cave and act as a barrier to block the spiritual qi inside the spirit stone from escaping outside. She knew such a spirit stone was like a hot potato, but for the time being, she had no plans of leaving. She wanted to reach stage ten of qi condensation right away. She was currently stage five. She figured with her current cultivation and the assistance of this giant spirit stone, she will be able to reach stage ten in a few months.
"But before that…. Let's go to the third floor. I want to put down my forge. Creige, you can use it as much as you want." Kana said with a smile before pulling him along. She then stopped and looked at Yana and Rain. "You girls choose your rooms. Mama will buy you some good things later."
With that, she ran off to head upstairs with Creige in tow. The third floor was just as big as the other floors, and there were a few side rooms. One of which was for alchemy. But the other two side rooms were open for whatever she wanted to use them for. She picked the biggest room and summoned out her forge.
"Good forge!" Creige's eyes opened wide, and looked at the forge in front of him. "Kana, where did you find this?"
"When I first arrived, I had to go on a journey to break through to qi gathering. During my journey, I ran into a devil cultivator who was in the foundation establishment realm. He chased me for so long as if he was playing with his prey when in my dragon form I stumbled upon a small hole in the ground which I ended up falling into. The devil cultivator also followed me down, so I looked all over for a place to hide, only to find a secret immortal cave of some kind that had this and my storage box. The only thing while I have refined it and it belongs to me, the spirit within the forge has yet to accept me. Maybe one day, when I finally become a blacksmith worthy of it, that it will finally accept me. Although I do have an amazing forging technique now because of it. I will show you later." Kana explained, not noticing the changes in Creige's expressions and the murderous killing intent coming off his body. As soon as she spoke about being chased around, he wanted to rush out and kill the person who chased her.
"We will need to put up a soundproofing array in this bedroom as well. Hehe, can't have my babies hearing our fun and games at night now, can I?" Kana smiled happily as she hugged Creige's waist, her tail wagging back and forth.
"Alright, come, let's get the girls and have a family outing. Which reminds me, I need to track down Elder Ning, I need to get the contribution points for my mission, but I need him to vouch for me. Also, didn't he owe you one hundred points too?" Kana's happy mood eased Creige's burning desire to kill all the men on this planet so that none of them would dare try to hurt his beloved again. When he saw her smiling face, nothing else mattered. As long as she was happy, he was happy.
