Chapter-1624
Upon arriving at the hospital, Sabrina headed to the doctor's office to collect the results and then proceeded for
an ultrasound and Down syndrscreening.
Tyrone took the results from Sabrina, scanning them briefly. Raising an eyebrow, he questioned, "Sixteen weeks
along?"
"Yes," Sabrina replied, her voice steady.
It dawned on Tyrone that Sabrina must have conceived while in Philade. Quietly, he did the math. Four months
back... Their eyes met, and Sabrina caught a glimpse of his smug expression. Flushing with embarrassment, she
gave him a sharp pinch on the waist. Averting her gaze, she teased, "You are so capable."
Tyrone's response was a smile. He gently wrapped his arms around her waist, whispering something that made
her cheeks burn even brighter. She glanced at him, a mix of bashfulness and annoyance in her eyes, protectively
covering her stomach as though she wanted to shield their unborn child from the conversation. "Dare to repeat
that?"
"I'd rather not," Tyrone hurriedly said, his voice a mix of caution and delight. He cherished her feisty demeanor.
Had they not been in the hospital, he would've seized the moment to kiss her.
Sabrina turned and walked away, leaving Tyrone behind. She didn't mind if he had followed her. His mind, after
all, seemed occupied with thoughts of intimacy.
Tyrone caught up with her and took her hand in his.
Outside the exam room, Sabrina found a seat and settled in to wait for her turn to run through the check.
Tyrone took the seat next to her, gently playing with her hand. After a moment, he leaned in and whispered,
"Lucky he's strong, huh?
"What?"
"We really enjoyed ourselves in Philade..."
Sabrina shot him a warning look and whispered back, "I was bleeding then. | assumed it was my period..."
"I'm really sorry. That was on me." Tyrone lowered his head. At that time, Sabrina lied to him about having a
boyfriend, driving his nuts to the point of claiming her several times. Upon reflecting, he realized she was already
pregnant then. He was relieved both Sabrina and the baby were okay. If anything had happened, he would have
been devastated.
"Enough."
Seeing her flushed ears, Tyrone grinned and said, "Alright, no more. | won't bring it up again."
By the afternoon, Sabrina had completed her prenatal checkup. The baby was doing well, and the Down
syndrscreening cback clear.

At lunch, Tyrone said in a laid-back tone, "I know you love photography but don't wear yourself out. Maybe cut
back on work a bit lately."
Sabrina had set up her own stuand hired an assistant. Tyrone made sure she had two bodyguards for
protection. Just last week, she led a commercial shoot for a client.
"I'll start to take it easy once the baby gets a bit older, Sabrina remarked. "Oh, and | need to go on a business
trip
tomorrow."
Tyrone paused and looked at her. "Where to this time?"
"Violetholt."
Tyrone raised his eyebrows.
"It's for a magazine shoot," Sabrina explained, just letting him know her plans.
Realizing he couldn't convince her otherwise, Tyrone suggested, "Have Brenton and the others go with you."
Brenton was one of the bodyguards Tyrone had arranged for Sabrina.
"Sure."
On Tuesday morning, Sabrina, along with her assistant and bodyguards, flew to Violetholt.
A secretary from the magazine was there to greet them at the airport and take them to the hotel.
The secretary told Sabrina before leaving, "Be at the Secenary Restaurant by seven tonight. The chief editor
wants to have dinner with you and the model to get acquainted."
Sabrina gave a nod of acknowledgment. At 6:45 PM, she made her way into the chamber at Secenary
Restaurant. Shortly after, the model arrived, and they exchanged greetings. Sabrina inquired about the model's
preferred style, and the model, with her extensive experience, shared her likes with impressive clarity. She also
recounted stories from her past photoshoots.
At 7:05 PM, the editor-in-chief swung the door open, wearing a broad smile. "Apologies for the delay. | had to pick
someone up just now..."
A casually dressed man, tall and striking, followed the editor-in-chief.
Sabrina caught sight of the man, gasped, and stood up. "Blayze?"
"Surprised to see me?" Blayze entered with a grin, found a chair, and made himself comfortable. "I heard you
were back, so | put in a good word for you with Peterson."
"I owe you one, Blayze. | was wondering why Mr. Wilde decided to collaborate with me. It was your doing all
along," Sabrina said, her smile genuine.
The model was stunned. The interaction she just witnessed made her rethink. She had assumed Sabrina to be a
young, yet remarkably talented photographer. Now, it appeared there was more to the story. She crossed her
fingers, hoping the photographs would turn out well.
"Miss Chavez, you're too humble. | don't just take yone's recommendation," Peterson said, still smiling. "I've
looked your work and believe in your talent. That's why | approached you."
Hearing this, the model felt relieved.
"Ah, | understand. Thanks for the vote of confidence, Peterson. I'll make sure to live up to it," Sabrina responded
with renewed determination.
"I'm eager to see what you'll bring to the table," Peterson said, beaming.
"So, what brought you back? Weren't you enjoying your tin Philade?" Blayze reclined in his chair, resting an
elbow on its back in a relaxed manner.
Sabrina offered a smile and teased, "Can't you see the reason why I've returned?"
Tyrone had sought Sabrina out in Philade after his victory amid his clash with the Evans family. Blayze, part of
the Evans family, was undoubtedly privy to this.
With a thoughtful frown, Blayze inquired, "So, have you and Tyrone made up?"
It had taken Blayze a while to catch on that Tyrone's breakup with Sabrina was a ruse, simply staged for the
Evans family. The moment Tyrone won, he rushed off to reunite with Sabrina.
"Kind of," Sabrina replied vaguely.
Glancing at Peterson and the model

Peterson observed the exchange, sensing the depth of their connection.

"Health comes first," Peterson remarked, smiling.
They enjoyed a nice meal. At one point, Peterson took a call and mentioned he needed to leave early for an
urgent
matter.
Not long after, the model suggested she should leave as well.
That left only Sabrina and Blayze in the room.
Blayze, having shared a few drinks with Peterson, had a glazed look in his eyes and his cheeks were flushed.
*Blayze, should we head back?' Sabrina asked as she reached for her bag on the table.
Suddenly, Blayze caught her wrist. His grip was warm, and the veins on his hand stood out sharply.
Sabrina tried to pull away but couldn't break free from his firm grip.
Feeling uncomfortable, Sabrina looked at him and softly called out, "Blayze..."
Blayze released her hand and slumped back in his chair. "Do you despisenow?
