As Kelsie stared at the three men who were on their knees, the situation finally dawned on
her.
“What…” She gasped as her eyes widened. She could not accept what was happening.
Had Caspian been telling the truth?

Bernard snarled at Kelsie.
At last, he realized why Lincoln feared Caspian and Willow.

Kelsie froze from shock for a brief moment before kneeling. She was trembling

All of Willow’s old high school classmates were stunned as well. None of them expected

glared at Fritz.

Fritz knew that if Willow and Caspian did not forgive him, he would be done for.
Looking at the three men, Caspian shook his head. Initially, he did not intend to get into a
conflict with these people, but he did not expect a simple meal to lead to all this trouble.
“You can deal with them, hubby. I won’t get involved,” Caspian turned to Willow and said.
“You should handle the matter instead, hubby. I don’t want to deal with this either. I just
wanted to have a meal with everyone, but after everything that happened, I don’t want to
stay here anymore,” Willow replied.
All along, Willow had been a strong and assertive career woman.
But now,
she had grown reliant on Caspian. Whenever he was around, she felt at ease and did not
have to worry about anything.
Caspian eyed Bernard, Geoffrey, and Fritz.
His sharp gaze made them lower their heads in trepidation.
“Report to Lincoln yourself, Bernard. I’ll leave the punishment to him,” Caspian said
calmly.
“Understood, Mr. Lynch!” Bernard replied before exhaling in relief.
Fortunately for him, Caspian and Willow were not deeply angered. Otherwise, he would not
be able to stay in Southlake City.

Thankfully, it was a light punishment.
He did not mind it at all–as long as he could continue working for Southlake Corporation.
Meanwhile, Caspian rose from his feet.
“Shall we go, Willow?” Caspian asked gently.
“Okay,” Willow replied with a nod.
Caspian took Willow’s hand and led her out of the room.
This time, no one dared to stop them.
Everyone was dumbstruck.
They could hardly believe that Willow was the CEO of Southlake Corporation.
A few of them knew that she was working at the company, but no one expected her to be

CEO!
“Goodbye, Ms. Stewart, Mr. Lynch!” Geoffrey called out respectfully.
Once they were gone, he finally stood up.

office, but now, it was all over.
Most importantly, Geoffrey no longer acknowledged Fritz as his nephew. Fritz knew he was
going to have a harder time furthering his career in Southlake City.
“Benny, I know I made a mistake, but you won’t hold it against me, right?” Kelsie coaxed
as she held onto Bernard just as he was about to leave. She relied on him for money and
support.
“Stop bothering me, you bitch! From now onward, we have nothing to do with each other
anymore. Don’t look for me again!” Bernard growled before leaving with his subordinates.
