Chapter 2814
"Yeah! Hugo, did Mister Wolf raise any additional condition?"
The elders’ hearts dropped as they turned to look at Hugo.
After all, the profit division Leon proposed was too unfavorable and the Morrisons were barely accepting it.
If Leon attempted to exploit them further for personal gain, the situation would be even less ideal.
"No, Mister Wolf didn't ask for anything else. He did ask for our help to acquire a cosmetic firm though." Hugo
shook his head, then recalled about the mention of acquiring a cosmetic firm.

"What?" | knew that he was a greedy and cunning man! We've already spent close to 280 million on acquiring a
pharmaceutical firm for him. Now, he's getting cocky and asking US to spend hundreds of millions more on
another cosmetic firm! He sure knows how to bargain!" Georgie sneered.
He knew that the Morrisons could benefit greatly from working with Cynthion Group, but the profit division Leon
proposed was too unfavorable and the Morrisons would merely earn around 400 million each year.
They already lost close to 280 million on acquiring the pharmaceutical firm. Yet, Leon was not satisfied and
demanded they spend another hundred million on acquiring a cosmetic firm for him.
This was beyond greed and Leon was trying to take advantage of them.
This was a blatant humiliation toward the Morrisons.
Leon's greed would likely enrage Caleb and the elders, so all Georgie needed to do was fuel the fire.
Then, Caleb and the elders may blHugo for making the decision by himself and accepting such
unreasonable demands.
With that said Hugo would not be appreciated for obtaining the partnership with Cynthion Group and would
instead be blamed.
That meant that he would not gain the trust of Caleb and the elders, nor would he threaten Jayden's position in
the family.
"Yeah! Mister Wolfs demand is out of line!"
The elders’ expressions darkened as well.

They felt the sas Georgie and assumed that Leon wanted to take advantage of the Morrisons.
This was far out of line.
The Morrisons were the leaders of all families in the western region, and they could not accept being
manipulated and exploited over business.
They were no cowards and were all furious about how greedy Leon was.
The joy they felt from Hugo's success vanished within an instant. Naturally, they were not the only ones who felt
this way.
Caleb, too, was enraged by Leon's insatiable nature.
