“But you can’t keep having me doing all these shady stuff for you. If your plan works, you’ll get to marry Emmett. If

it fails, I’m the one who’s going be dragged into it. Either way, I don’t get anything good out of it.”

Leah smirked and asked, “Are you looking for some kind of reward or something? Well, why don’t you tell me?”

Mr. Quintin seemed disappointed as he said, “You still don’t get it. I don’t want you to marry Emmett. Can’t you just

drop all these schemes? Can’t you just accept my proposal and stay with me? I’ll treat you right. Anything you want,

I’ll give it to you.”

“What I want is Emmett! Can you give me him?”

lure him out.”

“Elio? I don’t have any connection with him! All I know is that he’s a part of your family. Isn’t it easier for you to find

him?”

“But he’s gone into hiding. I can’t go look for him, given my identity. If I approach him under my own name, he will

definitely run further away. But you’re different! Elio doesn’t know about our relationship. To him, you’re like an

invisible man. I’ll give you an address. Pretend to approach him; don’t let him notice you. Then, install a GPS there
