Noah's arrival on the third floor had been abrupt, but he found himself in the same environment as on the first floor and immediately knew what he was to do. Even the system confirmed it with its prompt.
He was required to get to the center of the maze and battle the boss. The only difference between that place and the first floor was that the hollows were level 110.
Being a level 115 and containing far more power than them made killing the slow-moving night-time hollows easy. Noah even began to leave their figures to search for the center of that place.
Eradicating them began soon become a chore due to how long he knew he could spend within that place.
Upon his arrival, on the third floor, he had spent over four days so far within the dungeon, and he still had a fourth and fifth floor to get to.
Noah would classify the gains he had gotten so far as a lot, but he still wanted to reach the higher stage at least, which was why he didn't completely stop killing the hollows even if killing tens of them didn't grant him a level.
In return killing them had gotten far easier than when he first arrived.
At some point during his boring exploration, Noah confirmed that the third floor held a bigger maze than the first floor. It was annoying to spend days in that place, but he eventually arrived at the center of the maze when two days had passed.
"A grueling forty-eight hours," Noah had muttered when a very familiar field had unfolded in his eyes.
A giant silver structure revealed itself soon after, and Noah immediately utilized all that he had learned from the first floor of the oversized monster.
The battle had been short. Noah spared no method in trying to kill it, as he utilized the same method as the first floor.
Follow on NovᴇlEnglish.nᴇtAlthough gathering had been far more annoying since the hollow could now stretch its arms forward even from the distance it stood from Noah.
Unfortunately, all its effort had been for naught. It had ended up bloated with energy and had exploded into a violent wave of energy. One that left even Noah injured.
Thankfully he had time to recover and that had taken no less than two hours in total.
Noah touched the green stone and teleported to the fourth floor. His hunch was right when a daytime area appeared in his mind, but the mission of the fourth floor wasn't the same as the second floor.
Or rather it was the same but had a twist.
Noah had been required to kill a number of 100 hollows, but he could either kill 100 of the hollows or search for the boss and end its life.
He guessed the floor had been based on his ability to choose wisely, but he didn't completely put off killing 100 hollows. Rather, while still on his search for the boss, he killed all the hollows that crossed his path.
Luckily Noah had already crossed over into the higher stage or the last thirty levels of the third tier.
He had not completely experienced his breakthrough, but he still had a lot of power available to him.
He had ended up killing 100 of those level 115 hollows and saw his levels rise.
A green light filled his eyes and he found himself appearing in a weird-looking environment.
Noah opened his eyes in a strange place.
The sky shockingly had two equal sides, one being dark as night featuring the silver moon, and the other being as bright as day, holding the yellow ball that would be classified as the sun in the dungeon.
"This is new," he muttered approaching the wide grassy field with caution.
By all means that was the largest of the fields he had been to since he had arrived in the dungeon. And it also featured randomly placed trees, adding to its detail.
Noah stood on the day portion of the wide field and looked into the dark portion.
The field remained the same only that its time zone was properly separated.
"How is this possible when they are so close to each other." Noah marveled. It wouldn't be a lie if he said he was both under the sun and moon.
[You have arrived on the fifth floor]
[Congratulations. Your exp gain will be increased by 30%]
[Kill the boss to clear the floor]
"That's out of the blue," an eyebrow rose on Noah's face when the prom[pt appeared.
That was the first time the system was doing that. Before then, he didn't even know and think such was possible.
His wonder was cut short by the sudden appearance of a heavy aura, followed by a figure that seemed to just appear out of thin air. But the way the wind blew at its arrival, Noah understood that it had simply run there.
Follow on Novᴇl-Onlinᴇ.cᴏm'I am already unable to follow its movements,' he laughed inwardly, even if his gaze grew cold with each passing second of its arrival.
By far it was the shortest humanoid Hollow he had laid eyes on since he started the dungeon. About 1.8m. Even Noah was taller than it.
But that wasn't all. The figure had a weird-looking body different to that of the normal hollows. Its skin was pitch black but also featured an evident silvery halo.
Patches of silver skin also existed on its pitch-black figure making Noah wonder what was up with it.
All of its features were backed up by its incredible power, and also its shocking name.
[The cursed]

[Level of danger: Unknown]
Noah felt the level of strangeness within that place, rise when he laid his eyes on its description.
It stood at the peak of the third tier also. One more level and it would reach the fourth tier.
Noah on the other hand was only a level 126; still at the beginning portions of the higher stage.
"Human. Are you going to continue thinking? It's gotten me bored," A voice; none like anything Noah had heard in his life rang out. Or it didn't.
His ear drums didn't particularly interpret anything since no sound reached his ears, but at the same time did.
All in all, a chill swept over Noah and the hair on his neck and arms stood when the male voice revealed its thoughts about him.
